Why I won't be shopping at Sainsbury's Nine Elms again!Very rude manager and one staff at smart shop self checkout. I needed help regarding the app, but was met with absolute rudeness and no help at all.This is the second time that it has happened to me. I wonder why Sainsbury's would employ such a rude manager who set such a bad example to junior staff? I left my trolley of selected groceries without making a purchase as I was very stressed with the way I was treated.

Always well stocked and with advantage of having Argos/ Habitat on site. Love the sushi counter and a good bakery too. Ample space, never feels too crowded...

It's a nice, spacious supermarket close to tube station. Friendly staff and wide range of products. There's also a Starbucks so you can grab a coffee too. Love being there. Is a nice atmosphere

This sainsburys use 2 be very good but totally gone 2 pot, shelves half empty veg goes off very quick, the last few times I was in there, the stuff i wanted wasent in stock, I asked @ the customer service & the nice woman said yes it is in stock go 2 the aisle & wait, which i did & no 1 came. so i won't going back there in a hurry.

In terms of food, clothing and housewares the selection at this Sainsburys is never lacking. If you need just a sandwich and drink it's a quick in & out. It's also great for a more involved shopping trip and you can get all your grocery needs as well as a cute outfit and some cookware. I always check out the season aisle for current items. Store is well stocked and easy to find a staff member for assistance.

Usually not too bad. However, today was a good example of very poor management. The smart shop system stopped working. There was one checkout till with one operator working. Management failed totally to organise additional checkout tills for the shoppers who could no longer use the smart shop. This upset shoppers who then complained to the one member of staff who was manning the one till. A total failure of management at the store.

Very large supermarket. The only reason I didn't offer a 5 star rating was no pharmacy inside the store like Tesco, They offer a very large number of choices on their food items, including some items normally very hard to find. It was difficult to find employees for assistance at times. Additionally, they are very reasonable priced on the products. I used a cashier to check out, and she was a rock star employee . Wish I had gotten her name - she deserves the accolade. I would recommend just for the experience.

It?s a shopping experience I don?t want to miss anymore?.I?m shopping at Sainsbury?s as long I can think back.There have been stores I liked and got my favourite main grocery source.But this superstore is in a class on its own.Perfect size, very good and easy to reach by public transport.I can add the weekly shop on my way home from work.The clothing, habitat and Argos option in the store really are making this necessity of food shopping to so much more.

H My online order was never delivered. They never reached out . When I called, they finally admitting that the order was never delivered and they would issue the refund within 5 to 10 working days. The refund never arrived, so I called again. After several phone calls where they hung up on me or put on hold for hours, I managed to open a second case, once again they told me the store manager would contact me to apologise and confirm the refund, it never happened. I disputed the transaction with my bank and the supermarket rejected my query saying that the order was delivered . I am currently on hold, over 65 minutes waiting to be transferred to the complaint department. Really poor customer service , trying to get money for orders that have never been delivered. I am shocked . The store is sainsbury Nine Elms

Lot's of warm unrefrigerated sandwiches on display today, didn't buy (had a dubiously warmish one a few days before). The lights are off, it's obviously not working. I presume the staff are either too thick to notice or maybe they just don't care?

Good parking - free (2-3 hours). Fully stocked shelves. Had a pharmacy, but it seems they have taken it away... clothing is good. Has argos. Had a cafe - now gone! Access via travellators or lift or stairs. Worst bit as always, not enough staff at tills.

Don't Shop At Sainsburys.co.uk. I placed a large order and when the delivery man was dropping the 'drawers' at my front door we noticed a hand written note above the drawer with some packets of fish, " + 4". He asked me if I knew if my order was incomplete and I replied that the email had said that all was good and no substitutes. He went back to his van supposedly to check and we continued hurriedly unpacking; the order was large. He returned saying all was well and took the drawers. As soon as we organised everything I understood what the "+ 4 " note was ; we were indeed short shipped 4 packs of fish yet the email hadn't informed so and I had not been refunded. I quickly called customer service, the woman was sympathetic and issued a credit voucher. When I was upset she was not issuing a refund, she assured me the voucher was valid a lengthy time. Ever since I was unable to log in to Sainsburys.co.uk. I called customer services twice ; both times they said it was a website issue, I should try again soon. The third time I called customer services , still unable to log in and put my credit voucher to use , they informed me that my account had been closed due to fraudulently claiming credit!

Lurpak quietly introduced 200g butter to the British market. Don't let the low price fool you. Seemingly, a cube of butter is more expensive than butter from other producers.
