“I am so disappointed with your staff service.My daughter told me by mobile phone with crying. One of the cashier(black man) asked to my daughter “Nie hao” when she paid the bill.She answered “I am not Chinese, Korean” but he treated her as a little girl, spoke very slowly.She is 27 years old now!We have passed by and buying something there so many times but I think his act is not proper to the a customer.My daughter told me “today her feeling is not good and feels racial discrimination from him.It happened this morning 8:30am to 8:40am.(24/03/2023)Could the manager tell him not do this kind of behaviour anymore!!!”

“In terms of food, clothing and housewares the selection at this Sainsburys is never lacking. If you need just a sandwich and drink it's a quick in & out. It's also great for a more involved shopping trip and you can get all your grocery needs as well as a cute outfit and some cookware. I always check out the season aisle for current items. Store is well stocked and easy to find a staff member for assistance.”

“Loooove this shop!! It’s my go to local - super friendly staff and huuuge selection of items! Only reason I give it a four not a five is because the milk does always seem to go off way before the due date so not sure what’s going on there ??Other than that though these guys are brilliant.”

“Pretty pleasant and relaxed grocery shopping for the "made-it" classes and a few aspiring metropolitan elitists. Not as big or with as much choice as many a branch further out of town, but there have to be some sacrifices to living in the centre of human civilization ??”

“They have a good meal deal which is any sandwich, bag of potato chips, and a drink for £3.90. Plenty of options to choose from. I picked up lunch here several times and was always satisfied with the choices.”

“Have been shopping here for 20 years and couldn't do without this super little local Sainsburys. Obviously doesn't have the space to stock the same amount of products as the larger stores but is clean, tidy and manages to find a great balance with the items which are available. The staff are all excellent, helpful and efficient and while working on the frontline during the pandemic to keep the community fed have also provided some much needed continuity. (Even with the added responsibility for handling all those Argos parcels!)They have not always been appreciated and I have witnessed some staff being verbally abused by a minority of customers but they have risen above the abuse, stayed calm and carried on.Many thanks to the Store Manager Kevin and all his fantastic team.”

“Customer service is generally good, but sometimes can fall short, they offer everi and yodel delivery and collect service. However, they are very very busy. The boxes are always overflowing with parcels. They definitely receive more orders than the space in the shop can cope with. I would only send from here, I would not get a delivery collect from here. It’s too chaoticThey offer a wide selection of chilled drinks, including slush puppies and ready made hotdogs . They have a small selection of grocery and other essentials. The guys in the shop look like they work for the whole day without a break.”

“I went in store today and was having trouble with some vouchers on my phone the young man behind the till was so patient and helpful I'm so glad I went into this particular co- op I've been to other stores and staff have been unhelpful and rude, this young man at this branch is a credit to his colleagues and store. ?”

“Price is higher on average but it's convenient and has a good selection of products given its size.Had a product issue but the manager and staff was helpful. Solved in under 2min.”

“Waitrose ls great shop, taking quality and selection of goods. And of course, Battersea needs one of them. It is small shop in the gas station, but you will find essentials for early breakfast or late dinner, or just glass of wine...”

“I visit this shop often, security always greets you with a smile or hello... store is always being restocked. Staff are willing to help answer any questions you may have.Indoor cash machine is a win too!Keep on doing a great job ?”

“This is my local 'corner shop' thoroughly stocked if anything overly stocked. I get sweet tooth snacks, electric and gas here, returned packages with ease through myhermes self service and used the post office to send a letter whuhh was done quickly and efficiently. It does exactly what you want a corner shop to do. Service is different depending on who you get which is the only reason I've given it less than 5 stars. I've never been short changed but I've no concerns about the honesty of staff working there. If shortchanged it would be a genuine error.”
