Service was great, bangers and mash was good. The Bloody Mary's need a lot of work, they're bad. Don't diverge from the recipe! The chicken liver parfait: I was assured by the waitress they contained no pork products , I can almost guarantee it did! Please check on this, it's important!

This pub is a real gem with a fantastic atmosphere and great drinks. While the food can be a bit slow at times, it's worth the wait. A buzzy busy local with an unmissable menu, close enough from the Oval that you can just hear the roar of the cricket fans on match day but far enough away to use the gorgeous garden without danger of being hit by an errant cover drive.
Ideally positioned between Oval, Vauxhall and Kennington tube stations, the Fentiman Arms is a warm, homely pub with superb quality British food and friendly faces aplenty. During summer, the back doors open up onto a wild country beer garden where delicious BBQ food is offered up from our Burger Shack, with an outside bar serving an exciting range of drinks! The comfortable chairs, snug lounging areas and upholstered bench seating make for a relaxing experience.
