Had mixed up days and made a long travel with 2 kids on the bus where one had already been sick. The staff was very understanding and was able to accomodate my appointment immediately. Incredible. Thanks to the gentleman with beard for understanding and being very helpful. Highly recommend this branch

Physical branch is necessary sometimes service seems often to be slow.

Bad customer service... long waits and inattentive staff.. avoid if you don't want wait an eternity before been seen for smallest of things...

Lost my card some time ago. Went in store to request a new one on my lunch break. With limited amount of time, the first guy answered all my questions and was able pass me onto his colleague Aaron who was knowledgeable and quick. Service was prompt and very efficient. Was told I could come back the same day !!! to collect my new card and the new one had contactless too. Brilliant. I came back just before 5pm to collect, Aaron remembered who I was and was able to get it all set up for me, update my address and provide me with a new PINsentry machine.
Brilliant service. Thank Aaron and team.
