ZERO STARS!!! These people need a course in customer service! Extremely rude, and not helpful at all. First they had that grumpy man shouting at everyone, and two of the staff have followed suit. They haven?t noticed that they loosing customers. I used to go there everyday and now I won?t step foot in this shop. It?s a bit of an inconvenience, but I go to post office inside WH Smith in Streatham, where I see many people who also won?t go to Norbury. They should be shut down for good!

I just went to post a parcel and the guy behind was so rude almost to the point of trating me like i was terrorist asking me what is inside the bag 3 times ?i wouldnt be going back there, they are rude staff , i do wonder if their boss do look at these reviews.

I would have given 0 stars but that is not possible! The most rude and unhelpful team, completely useless employees. I had to make a return for Amazon and the QR code doesn't work. The man on Counter 3, didn't bother to explain what I have to do, he just kept pointed on a piece of paper where there was the same unclear instructions about what I have to do in this scenario. Is not the first time when I noticed the worst customer service someone could experience in that Post Office

I wanted to return 2 Amazon packages but lazy guy said that provided QR will not work. He didn't even tried. Absolutely ridiculous!

Have been waiting for a package since the 9th of June it is now the 23rd ,I cannot even get in contact with them as the phone is automated to just hang up on you ,appalled with this service

One star is actually too much. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff are rude, condescending and paranoid. They desperately need some sort of customer service training. Avoid if you can!

Rude and unhelpful staff. Take your custom elsewhere. The post office is also tatty, untidy and just really unpleasant. If I could give one star I would.

Such rude staff I regularly send parcels and try to avoid them by driving to Green Lane. They lady at counter literally had the courage to tell be that she can't take my parcel because she didn't knew the value of First class prepaid stamps even though I told her how much more it requires.At another occasion I belive same women refused to take parcel with online postage and refuse to tell me the weight limit for a small parcel.Guy at shop counter is always in a good mode but post staff are rotten to their cores.

Went there to buy envelope, have been accused for stealing before I even finish my shopping, at the same moment they have argument with another person. Two people, two minutes, two unhappy customers. It's disaster

Staff are just too rude. I?ve stated using the Post Office at Crown Point instead. The staff there are helpful, positive, and polite.

This post office doesn't deserve any stars. Two men,who work here, are very rude and impatient to their customers, specially the person at counter 3.These 2 stars are just for the person at counter 4, who seems to be approachable and helpful.Hopefully, they read all the reviews and try improving themselves or else just close down this branch if you find your customers a nuisance.
