Always issues with trying to return an EVRI package. Printer either never works or they are unable to take package due to storage issues. Why offer a service if you can't offer it for the majority of time.

I wanted to share the experience I had on Sunday in the Tesco express store around 7pm, I was treated distastefully by the Tesco staff, I went with the National lottery ticket to be checked, I gave it to the gentleman to check, the gentleman holding my National lottery ticket began to straighten it and said to me that he would like to serve the person behind me, who had more than one thing to pay, I was stunned and walked away for a few minutes, I was interested in this way of customer service, it seems to me that it was probably his brother, I asked myself why, how is this lesson.

Nice Tesco. Would have given it 5 stars if they would open earlier on Sunday morning (currently 11 am) and if they had an ev charger in their parking lot.

When I went for the money gram today , staff doesn?t know anything about money gram and when I spoke to manager , they just told me to come after one hour . Seriously Is this called a money gram service?

Self checkout is a joke, if you use a coupon and get an error then you are stuck waiting for ten minutes until a rude employee finally decides to help you.

I would avoid this shop. I tried to pick up a parcel and was told to come back after 5pm due to short staffing. I asked to speak to a manager about this and then they told me it was due to a system being down and to come back at 2pm. I asked which one was it as I have been told different stories and the shift leader just shrugged his shoulders. I explained that I couldn?t come back later and was spoken to rudely by the shift leader. I asked how to make a complaint and he just walked off. Really poor service.

Tesco needs to sort their staffing issues out. How can i be stood in a queue for more than 10 mins. One person on tills n this is a superstore. The cashier looks over worked n underpaid. Wont be shopping here again in a hurry!
