I went to get my car key case changed at Timpsons yesterday. Cadel's colleague had changed the same car key battery a few months back and was charming, friendly and professional - Cadel was even nicer to deal with. He was super thorough and professional and really genuine and helpful. Made my day.

The member of staff was very friendly but a little muddled when I went to get my keys cut.The card machine was broken when I turned up so I had to get cash while the keys were being cut.When I returned, they had lost my keys and it took them 15 minutes to figure out where they had put them. To be honest, I think they were having a bad day!
