I received an amazing welcome and service from Ela. Not onlydid Ela solve mytricky transfer issues she actually remembered me from 6 months ago on only my second visit to the branch .. a wonderful and pleasant experience

Extremely Disappointed with Barclays BankI regret to say that I had an exceedingly poor experience with Barclays Bank, and I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to open a bank account with them. The level of incompetence displayed by their staff, coupled with their disrespectful attitude, left me deeply dissatisfied.In this day and age, where technology has made banking more convenient than ever, it is shocking that I had to wait several days just to obtain a simple bank statement. The lady at the counter was not only rude but also unhelpful when I requested assistance in acquiring a statement that was unavailable on my bank app.To make matters worse, I was then directed to another staff member who seemed uninterested in assisting me promptly, as she claimed to have other tasks to attend to. Eventually, I was approached by a staff member who appeared to be inconvenienced by my request and informed me that my account was set up for annual bank statements, not monthly ones. Their lack of empathy towards my urgent matter was disheartening, and I was informed that I would have to wait for a few more days.When I expressed my intention to close my bank account due to this frustrating experience, the staff member responded with a dismissive and condescending tone, suggesting that the problem was solely mine.Given the unprofessionalism and inefficiency displayed by Barclays Bank, I have decided to open a new bank account with another institution, ensuring that I never have to endure such an unpleasant encounter with their staff again.

If a bank branch is not able to give you a simple statement, then what is the meaning of having that brach at all?!I?m gonna change my bank and transfer all the money I have in my saving and current account to another bank.

I very much recommend this bank?..if you want to be spoken to in a rude manner by a vegetable sitting in his tracksuit at a desk pretending to be useful. I?d also recommend this bank if you would like to go somewhere to waste considerable time in getting absolutely zero banking done. Well done Barclays North Finchley you excel at being about as much use as a bacon sandwich at a bar mitzvah.

Worst Barclays ever! Especially Barbara who works as a customer care specialist absolutely disgusting behaviour for your staff, worst customer service ever! I can?t believe Barbra is a customer care specialist, who shouted at me and my sister in front of everyone, she said she didn?t care and wouldn?t help us, leaving my sister in tears, the rudest staff I have ever come across!Avoid this branchDisgusting staff with disgusting mannersUnprofessionalAppalling staff

I have had better service in a bank in Africa. Customer care representative wearing tracksuits and trainers give a feeling you are in a betting shop. Shame on barclays and the management. Only one specialist person available on a weekday morning. It's more of a torture chamber then a barclays branches. Might as well close it and get rid of all the useless staff. Not going to be banking with barclays after this. The reviews don't lie you are better off going somewhere else.

Wasn't seen. But the wait was enough to put me off and observations.Saw one customer being served sitting at desk while attendant was talking to another customer to help problem solve who just randomly walked in talking over the customer sitting there. Unprofessional

Branch closed down in Finchley Central.Went to North Finchley to find this closed on a Friday. Open on Saturday (great! I thought) but no counter service when went on the Saturday. So effectively a 'four day week' at the North Finchley branch....... not a great customer experience....

Horrific customer service. been to 5 different Barclays today in north london this being the 5th and not one of the machines works to print bank statements.Palming you off to do it all online, when I need stamped bank statements for a visa not online ones. and I?ve already waited 7 working days for ones sent in the post which was sent out wrong.Utter disgrace

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Was told to come back in a hour. I said ok, but then was told I'd have to queue again in an hour and not be given a slot. Barclays have become terrible. Avoid using them.

Staff are not well trained at all and they are very dramatic and not helpful at all . I Do not reconnect visiting this branch unless u just want to do something simple and that also might be problematic for them, just go to the one in Golders Green instead they are amazing and very helpful very fast .

Don't waste your time in this branch a bunch of bitter old ladies who have lost the plot. Update - had my account closed as I served manager a letter before Claim I guess she didn't like what I wrote truth hurts it will stay with you forever. You all think you look like Cindy Crawford ! Lol I don't actually care as I informed head office I was closing it a month ago Lol

Awful service. You can only use the counter to withdraw cash, so the single counter has no queues. Almost everything else you are directed to machines or you have to sit and wait for someone at a desk to help you. I have waited there up to 2 hours to be served. The manager is useless, lacks any insight and she presides over this mediocrity. I have to use this bank because my dad banks with them and I help him. The contrast with the Lloyds TSB is incredible. Moral of the story, don't bank with Barclays
