“As a regular customer the staff generally give a very good helpful, friendly and professional service, but when I visited the cooked chicken counter to order a chicken there was no one there and me and another customer had to wait more than five minutes to be served. To be fair, a member of staff looked for the person who meant was to be there and pointed this out to her and eventually I and the customer was served with no apology for the long wait to me and the other person who wanted a chicken. This falls below Waitrose high standard of service.”
“Love to shop at the co-op but I don't like their reward system. Its not as good as tesco clubcard but other than that it's a good place to shop for lower prices.”

“Friendly and helpful staff, lovely variety of baked goods and well stocked shelves. My only issue is the car park. It's a Euro Car Parks Ltd meaning you have to pay. So my 5 mins shop cost me an extra £1. The machine only takes coins but speak to the warden (friendly and helpful) and they'll tell you to get the money at the check out after your shopping but please tell a member of Aldi staff”
