Tried to drop an Evri parcel off - complete waste of time as their label printer isn't working. Again. No idea how they can claim to call themselves an Evri parcel shop.\\nAbsolute joke.

Sold a 2 pack of 9V Batteries to me for just under 9£, both of them turned out to be empty, and when I returned for a refund was told they're not allowed to give refunds for batteries... Tesco customer service disagreed and gave a refund when I contacted them to complain, so the issue was sorted out in the end, but 1 star for this particular branch for wasting my time and being unhelpful.

A lady staff trying to charge me twiceThank god I pay by phone i got notification. I showed her that payment gone. She wasn?t printing receipt too.trying to show that the system is wrong.But she was wrong her self.She shouldn?t work there.

One male employee cheats when giving change. Not once and not just me. I'm reporting to the main office. July 10th, 2023 around 9am. I hope your hands wither, you cheater. Otherwise the rest of the staff very good

States they are an EVRI parcel shop so can drop off. Told they don't have a barcode machine to print labels. Are waiting for it, still...Maybe don't offer service you cannot deliver

Staff is very professional and helpful. I wish all other stores have similar people working. The only issue is they never opened on time.. why misleading people with 6am.

Awful service. I received a message that my parcel is ready to collect and they just told me to come next day, no explanation, no apology, just a blank stare. I just thought, they couldn?t be bothered to look for it. It was a huge inconvenience for me.

Good place for a top up shop, but can be more expensive, so it's good to know the regular prices of the things you buy regularly.

Never EVER open on time. Sometimes more than half an hour late. Getting staff members who can keep to the opening times written on the door would help. Get a watch and be on timeSame person opening the door most mornings has been late every single time I wanted to use shop.A few very helpful persons working there, but overall staff are not bothered
