Plenty of parking, petrol, key cutting, barber shop, costa coffee, car wash, several car repairers, even clown town for the kiddies.

Fresh from reviewing Tesco?s opposite number overseas (France) and from time spent in new supermarkets where the customer experience is key, everything from the presentation to customer care at this branch of Tesco extra is quite simply oppressive towards the very customers and brand should be trying to retain. From rotten fruit to the lowest quality of meat available , distal a symptomatic of a UK wide problem currently where prices are going up, meanwhile, quality and customer care are going down.It is simply unacceptable for a brand with this level of financial strength to be fielding equipment, such as self checkouts out for over 20 items, which remain on unattended by staff and create the need for the customer to be doing the very work that has now been eliminated.I strongly suggest that the customer experience team and the Tesco board of directors begin comparing their customer experience with that of the emerging European model which makes the trip to the supermarket. The exciting community experience it has always been , and take pride in supplying the highest quality of food to the customers. An absolute disaster .

Great place for big shopping. The big car park which you can access from two different entrances.Advanced - do not shop after 6/7 pm as shelves are not refilled.

This place has gone downhill. Been going pretty much all my life and I drive a high roof van. I drive pass this store everyday on the way home and of course I need groceries every other day. I drive down colney hatch lane but I can not get into the store no more as Tescos have closed off the entrance for high roof vehicles from this side, which is high hypocritical as I can get thru to the store via the A406, which is such a headache. But the thing that really annoyed me lately is that this store has become a ?money? thing. What i mean by this is that they have literally closed off all the cashier served tills and inserted all these computerised, automated tills. This really annoyed me as customer service and basic human interaction is becoming extinct. The funny thing is when I went to get afew bits the other day the 1 (yes one) cashier served till had a huge line. Also the fresh fish counter and butchers have closed down. I honestly am slowly starting to hate this place. Its become an empty, self service money churning corporate shell. My weekly visits have gone from 3-5 to literally once every 10days. ???Tescos need to re-visit their strategy about good old customer service.

Good and getting better. One of the cheapest petrol station around. Shame they got rid of the fish counter, butcher and hot food stands.

This store is painful. The sell by dates are poor. Freezers alternate in breaking down. And the staff at checkouts are so rude and arrogant. After shopping here for decades customers need a medal.

This branch has undergone many changes that make it a nightmare to shop here. They've closed the rotisserie counter and the fresh fish counter. They now require almost everyone to scan their own shopping which makes the queues so much longer. They've changed the till points to self serve with a tiny area at the end that's at least half as small as before which needs to be correct weight meaning large weekly shops are not out of the question. They've been slowly discontinuing basic products that were core to what I bought regularly. Their staff are rude, unhelpful and always too busy on their phones. The car park is a death trap, literally. I can't recall the number of people who have been injured or died in it through poor layout. I've been shopping here for 9 years but I've now found a different location as Tesco seem set on making it a dreadful place to go.

They made paying impossible. 30 min in ?self service?, never again I have better things to do. Also made it nearly impossible to pay cash.

I have been shopping in this store for over 20 years, and absolutely love it. Very convenient and has everything under one roof, pharmacy, mobile phone shop etc, prices are very affordable

The club card prices are a con. Nothing's cheaper. For example Bira Moretti bottles were always £2 each, now they're £3 each or 3 for £6 with club card. How is that a benefit? It's just a con. I've stopped shopping at Tesco.

staff are so much more helpful than any other big store - other large store if the staff see you walking towards them they run tge other way.
