I was stressed as I really needed certain tiles and although this branch didn?t have what I wanted, Kim found a branch where they did where they did and this gave me great peace of mind which was great.

A million stars for this shop. Nick and Kim are AMAZING. I had a complicated order and they were extremely friendly, patient and good humoured. They knew my order inside out even though it spanned several months and several deliveries. Kim even helped me on her lunch break and strove to get me the best deals. Best customer service I've experienced in ages. High recommended!

A deal is to be had, should be the motto of the manager. Great support for any refurbishment and willing to haggle. The more you buy the better the price, so its my kind of shop. Good to see in this day and age
