It was very busy today, but still very polite and helpful staff. Always a pleasure to shop in this store. I never came across people shopping in their pyjamas, speaking far too loud in their mobile phones. Easy to walk around. Everything nicely labeled. Really nice shopping experience. Like the new car park marking.

As a regular customer the staff generally give a very good helpful, friendly and professional service, but when I visited the cooked chicken counter to order a chicken there was no one there and me and another customer had to wait more than five minutes to be served. To be fair, a member of staff looked for the person who meant was to be there and pointed this out to her and eventually I and the customer was served with no apology for the long wait to me and the other person who wanted a chicken. This falls below Waitrose high standard of service.

Really poor customer service.Had a problem with the self scan device. Went to customer service desk. Assistant said it might be a problem with the network then went back to her WhatsApp messages. Maybe these were work related?Had to do a rescan. No missed items. Member of staff just walked off after doing rescan leaving me to repack.Not worth the extra cost over Sainsbury?s.

Very good service.Rather pricey when compared to nearby tesco and lidl. Even on bare essentials and own productsExample: soya milk 130p.Tesco cheapest make 50pLuckily new essential bread 75p. I bought the last two . No more left!!!

The rudeness and attitude of some of the staff here never ceases to amaze. And it's not the young ones either, it's the 40+. They act like they are doing you a favour. And if you try and return something despite having receipt and obviously not used, they treat you as if you've stolen it. Store desperately needs updating too, old and poorly arranged.

I?m a creature of habit, so I visit the places that I recognise and know. This particular Waitrose is out of my way. It?s close but not the nearest.It has a bigger parking area, it?s easier to get to (not on a hill, a completely flat surface in comparison to the Whetstone branch).It?s also got a MUCH better range of products.But, the reason I travel to here is because of the staff.Without a doubt my daughter recognises and loves the staff. The second I walk in she knows the security guard, she knows the hard working students stacking the fruit and veg section, including the young man who saw me holding my baby whilst pushing a trolley and offered to push it for me while I shopped. He stopped what he was doing and I appreciated that. You made my day! She knows the lovely lovely man behind the meat counter. She waves to the sweetheart who took time off in the drink/alcohol section. Im sorry I can?t remember your names but we will recognise you the second we see you! You always go above and beyond to help!We shop at this Waitrose because of the staff. Whoever hires them has done a fantastic job. Not only does it have the best selection of products (it?s rare I can?t find what I need) but it?s friendly and approachable to the point im not overwhelmed.I want to give a big special shout out to Denzil a cashier we?ve met once a week on our food shop for the last year. This man deserves a raise!!!!!! Customer service/ product knowledge is second to none. I am someone who suffers greatly with social anxiety I find it really really hard to speak and it?s my 18month old who adores him/all the staff. She?s the happy baby and absolutely adores him. They now know me and I?d never ever shop anywhere else. It makes the whole experience so pleasant. Customer service is not as good as other Waitrose supermarkets. Good deli and wide selection of alcohol drinks.

I had walked around the supermarket and had gotten everything I needed but when approaching the self checkout, a member of staff was hovering very close to me, watching me check out. This made me feel very uncomfortable and I started rushing to get my groceries packed and paid for. He continued to watch me until I had paid for my groceries and left, I have not had this experience in other waitrose supermarkets...
