Outstanding! Sylvia is so kind and professional and I found her by chance! The dress I had in mind was a stunning Justin Alexander and quite honestly out of my price range, but I would have been just as happy with the previous version of the dress SS11, I decided to google the vintage version and there on Sylvia's website was THE DRESS!I just knew it was there waiting for me, I contacted Sylvia and arranged a fitting...my dress fit like a glove it was perfect I did not even need to have it altered for my wedding day. I had two visits to Sylvia's Loft boutique, first with my small daughter and secondly with my sister in which I took my dress home.All communication was clear and straightforward, no hidden costs, dresses are brought as seen all in amazing condition some even brand new.Sylvia has an eye for detail, her loft boutique has a personal feel over the bigger bridal stores because quite frankly it is a personal shopping experience... her care exceeds that of larger wedding stores.There is no pressure here with Sylvia she is here to help you look your most beautiful on your wedding day within your budget without making you feel insecure or embarrassed about it and I believe her business was opened from being a bride herself and understanding that pressure.Thank you Sylvia I will be forever grateful to you and now I have a gorgeous dress to hand down to my own daughters one day.

Highly recommend seeing Sylvia if you're looking for the perfect wedding dress without breaking the bank. Sylvia provided great professional service and gave her honest opinion on which dresses looked best on me. Cannot recommend her enough!

I am SO glad I picked Sylvia's lovely shop to be the first place I tried on wedding dresses. Sylvia is so kind and sweet, and it honestly felt like I had a good friend with me to share in the excitement of putting on a gorgeous wedding gown for the first time. She shared her honest opinions with me and made me felt so comfortable, and I did not feel rushed at all. She was very accommodating and let me try on as many dresses and styles as I wished, and was so helpful in giving thoughtful recommendations as to what she thought I would like based on my opinions on the other dresses I tried on and her recommendations were spot on. She is very experienced in what she does, and it was amazing to see how much care she gives her dresses, although the ones I tried on were second hand/ ex sample sale, they were in pristine condition, and with such amazing prices. I have no hesitations at all in recommending Sylvia to any bride looking for a beautiful dress at a great price.

I saw this on google a month before my Greek wedding. I was kind of stressing out as it felt like i did not have much time left to find the perfect dress. Thankfully I found Sylvia who was great with communicating from beginning to end. At first, I was worried as I did not know what to expect but from the moment I met her she was so accommodating and patient in supporting me with my wedding dress. She was very professional, genuine, and friendly ? She has passion in what she does and I would truly recommend her business as it made my whole experience easier and hassle free.

We were a bit uncertain to visit a house in Northolt looking for our wedding dress but we couldn't have been more pleacsed. Sylvia was so kind and helpful her studio is fitted out very elegantly witha relaxed atmosphere.I would definitely recommend you book Ann appointment
