I purchased the coastal walks fabric spray online without smelling it and I wasn't disappointed as it smells so fresh and inviting, perfect to get another wear out of my clothes. Their coastal walks hand cream is also really great, absorbs well and leaves a calming scent in your hands. I will definitely be making more purchases in the future! :)

I've bough several items over the last 2 years, and I'm happy to say I'm now re-buying them because I'm so pleased with them. The deodorant is my favourite, I have never found a deodorant that works so well, but also smells nice and doesn't leave my skin feeling chemically at all, I'll never go back to any other type, it works much better than all bars, roll on or sprays that I've tried, feels much nicer and I don't have to re-buy it as often as I used to buy regular deodorant. Definitely worth the money. Every time I've interacted with the staff for customer service they've been lovely and very quick to sort out any issues.

I came across NNL products in a shop in a village in the Cotswolds and bought the Coastal Walks perfume. I am OBSESSED. I love it so much I have abandoned all my much more expensive brand name perfumes and now only wear this. It has a much more generous fragrance, a little spritz goes a long way, that seems to last much longer than anything else I've worn before. I get more compliments on how good I smell than ever before as well. They better never stop selling this fragrance because it is my signature scent now!!!

beautiful products, it?s just a shame that the customer service was absolutely overbearing from the woman with the frizzy yellow hair.especially as a tourist who is here on holiday for a break and relax, it?s nice to have a browse in piece without someone repeatedly telling you which scene deodorant they wear.i would?ve happily bought a lot more had i been able to shop in piece. left the store empty handed as she was so UNBEARABLE

What a great little place to order gifts with a nice personal touch. I recently ordered a plant food box for my mum?s birthday as she loves gardening and purchasing plants regularly. Norfolk Natural Living sent the box very quickly, and left some beautiful personal touches that has made me extremely happy with my purchase. This includes adding a hand written note to my mum saying happy birthday, as well as adding some hand cream free of charge. When opening the box, it smells amazing and is packaged beautifully inside and out with their brand stamped on the front and sustainable packaging on the inside. Not only is this company great at what they do, they?re also vegan and sustainable. I love these guys and will be using them again! Thoroughly impressed.

Just received my 3rd purchase from Norfolk Natural Living, and I can safely say I am obsessed with their products. I have tried the 91 days of spring candle, the coastal walks diffuser and now the Summer 93 diffuser. I can't choose a favourite scent because they are all so beautiful. It's always difficult choosing a fragrance online without smelling it first. But I would happily choose any fragrance from here and know I'm going to love it!

This is an absolute go to spot whenever we are in town. It?s one of those super sustainable places where you always come away with something extra on what you popped in for.The sustainable cleaners and scents are lovely - we particularly like costal - but there is also a fabulous array of interesting stationary, pet stuff and kitchenware.

Ordered the discovery set online last week as I was looking for a new perfume and had a tiny issue with the order that Megan sorted out for me within a day, which was so appreciated! Great customer service :) This week I received my second order, the full size parfum bottles of the scents I liked the most, and other goodies and wow the packaging was absolutely beautiful! Love everything about this company, their shops & all their products. Just ordered from them online for the third time & buy from their shops every time I'm in Holt. My bathroom is full of their lovely bath/wash products & I use their dog products for my 2 dogs. Love them all!
