Explain what is wrong with cash payments. If you don?t have a bank card BK will not take your order. I am sure this has to be illegal to refuse cash payments. Not going back on

Terrible management. Seem to be even worse since the refurbishment. At least it?s slightly cleaner than it used to be. But honestly this place is easily avoided. Maybe it?s because it?s in Peckham, frankly the rudest borough in london.

8 1/2 months pregnant and was refused the toilet by the young girl in there, I asked the first time if I could use the toilet was told ?it?s customers only? I then asked are you really refusing a pregnant woman the toilet? Sorry it?s company policy??Ok can I please speak to your manager? she then turned and asked another college who gave me the key!! Calling customer services to complain!!!

Horrible experience. I payed £14, I payed extra to have extra stuff on my chips, they came dry without no extra sauce that I payed extra for. Burger king needs to be shut down asap, the employees are so clueless. They don't even know what their doing, they took my receipt and gave me my food and didn't want to give my receipt back and didn't want to give me the right order that I payed for! SHUT DOWN BURGER KING!

Been using this Burger King for a fews now, but haven't used it in the last year. Went into day to 3 burgers and 3 drinks, all I can say is that the staff of the till are unprofessional and frankly idiotic. Had to repeat my order 3 times, 1 double whopper, 2 burgers, 2 coffees and a water.For some reason the girl kept laughing and giggling and took great pleasure in being unhelpful and took great delight in telling that they didn't serve hot drinks, so I order 3 waters.Ended up walking away with the burgers and 2 waters, I honestly couldn't be arsed in dealing the idiots.Tried to phone the restaurant to complain, the phone just rang out.Oh and the person the served is called "Anyway".according to the recipient.Yea so F(8k Burger King and this restaurant, never using them again.

The management of this place is severely lacking. I would have given it zero stars if that were an option. Despite our request, the toilets remained closed and were not opened even after we asked so no one could wash hands. Furthermore, they mishandled our order number, and upon complaining, the preparation was done haphazardly. Very disappointing. There are also hygienic problems. Not recommended.

Have been coming here since having my son! The management is amazing, always so friendly and nice. Always is appreciated when theres good customer service as a customer- burger king peckham has that and deserves more praise! Always are so kind to my son. we frequent the shop and the foods always so good/fresh. Easy to park. Amazing customer service and i think they have a good team. Thank you guys for always being the best! Love this burger king. 5* ??

Abysmal. They don't accept cash at all, they don't allow any type of order to be placed from the Burger King app. I don't think they want your custom.

Nice management. I'm not a big fan of fast food but if I do order it's the Chicken Royal meal and no problems with it. Parking and easy to locate.

Great customer service provided by Kheir. Even though we got there late ( almost closing time) he greeted us with a smile and delivery excellent service. Thumbs-up for him and is team. Also great music selection ?Vegetarian options: Lovely vegan royale
