For years I have thought that I would get better service from a local garage, I have had my mind changed by the excellent customer service that I received from Joe Good and Ray the engineer who worked on my vehicle.Joe was polite and helpful and he was a model of clarity explaining every step and all options. We required some Mercedes-only parts, for which he found the most cost-effective supplier.Ray who was the engineer working on my vehicle, was a superbly competent and capable engineer, I am not an automotive engineer but have been a network engineer for 40 years and recognise expertise in another engineer even in a different field.Due to the service, I received from Joe and Ray I have changed my opinion and will have my automotive needs met by Kwikfit in the future.Regards Anthony Hogg”
