Shamzy helped me pick the right upgrade for me and after I made a mess of the disconnection process - sorted it out in store. He was also training a colleague and explaining each step of the way and set-up the device like a pro.\\n\\nThe staff in this store provide a brilliant service.

As much as it's a thoroughly disorganised store, if you get to know the folks who keep it running they're kind hearted and well meaning.\\n\\nI've had a bunch of issues with my contract and have been back 6 times in January alone and the guys (particularly Shamzy \\u0026 Pierre) have bent over backwards to keep things looked after for me.

Avoid this shop and be careful when buying anything. Iâ??ve been sold a plan more expensive to what we agreed and I asked to make the change when still in the shop. The sales assistant spoke to the manager and they said they couldnâ??t do anything before 24 hours and they will sort out this issue the day after. I asked to write this down on the contract and sign it in front of the manager. The day after I called EE customer service and they didnâ??t make any change, I had to sort everything by myself. This morning after a week I went to the shop to speak to the manager and after explaining the situation he kept on saying that he wasnâ??t there when they said they would change the contract.
