Did not have a good experience with the casher called Joyce this afternoon at 2:40pm Wednesday 25th 2021. I was shopping with my mum picking up a few items and my mother said it seem they don't take cash so I said I can use apple pay it should be fine, the casher Joyce was impatient slamming her hand on the basket with the items within while I was trying to get a carrier bag out to pack the items in and to unlock my iphone to use apple pay because with a face mask on the iphone's face ID can not work so I have to put my passcode in and I had to ask repeatedly do you accept apple pay? Joyce didn't answer she just tap something on the machine and it accepted the apple pay payment, then quickly packed the items in the carrier bag and left I hope to never have a experience like that again for someone that has autism it really mess with my head and I understand it's a invisible disability but it's not a excuse to be rude to people whether they have a disability or not.

Very poor experience. Their website says the store is open, it's closed for what looks like a refit. This is despite the website and Google page saying it's currently open for in store shopping and collection.

I have been meaning to write this months ago. There is a black lady in this branch that's always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products.. she is so lovely .. She is always so quick to help people, even when she is busy. Don't let her serious face fool you. She is so lovely! . Excellent knowledge base.

It was the first time in that shop and it may be the last , me and my friend when around 11:50 am at the Holland \\u0026 Barrett in peckham to get some products ,we ask a lady that was swiping the floor and she was very rude with us and another lady while she was trying to scan her products. I think when you go shopping you?re not asking things for free and so then you are expecting a good service and people whiling to provide it as best is possible, particularly this one lady from customer service assistants needs further training in how to treat people. I found her very unprofessional and intimidating , it is a shame I did not see her name. The young lady at the till\\nInstead was helpful and nice.

I understand times are hard at the moment but if closing times change to 17:30hrs please do adjust on your websites too as some of us travel a distance to Peckham. Website says 18:00hrs.

Fine. Staff were friendly, there was a bit of stock around but it was early & they had probably just had a delivery. Shops aren't laid out too well, it took a while to find what I was looking for.
