Helpful staff, however Monday morning and only one of the about 5 self serve tills was printing receipts. And the one I used could not read the printed cheques I tried to deposit. So I had to join a long slow queue at the desk where out of the only 2 positions there was only one person serving. When I have got on a train and gone to Bromley I never have these problems but Peckham is my local and serves a big area.

Is the Santander bank it's been there for as long as I can remember but obviously under a different name back then I believe it was Abbey National. The staff of very helpful with my enquiries that day

Can?t say I was impressed with their customer service, but not as bad as the other reviews suggested, all things considered. Queue moved relatively quickly and they did one of the things I asked them to. They refused the other as they ?don?t do it?, despite the fact that another branch had no issue doing it for me before. Will have to go to the other branch for that, I suppose.

very very bad service. at times 0 help from them. if you lose your card or you think your account is being scammed. always long queue and waiting time. sometimes you can easily wait for about 2 hours. very unprofessional staff. counting money has to repeat sometimes 4 or 5 times for one customer. nightmare.

I wish there?s a zero star to give . Very unprofessional , zero common sense staff . Que builds up and one counter is open and person at the counter is unbelievably inefficient.

One of the worst branches if it is not the worst by far!!We were waiting in queues for Window and desk service only one staff at each for two hrs and a half ?????. I would have taken photos if it was possible.

Absolutely disfunctional and a waste of time....queued for hours with only one person on cash desk only to be told to join another queue. Pretty unbelievably bad...I wouldn't waste your time bothering coming here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I've been using this branch for years and it's gone from bad to worst. While depositing cash at an internal atm this morning I was subjected to an abusive man shouting threats at me from the entrance. I have never met this man before and can only assume he isn't well. Not a single Santander staff member did anything to help. When I asked what they could do to help I was told that because he wasn't in the ba k there was nothing they could do and I was left to figure it out by myself. I will never use this branch or bank again, I'm transferring banks first thing tomorrow morning.

Tried to make an appointment to discuss my account, I was advised to come in a week later to a "Walk-in Session" at 9.30am. I arrived at 9.15am, it is currently 12.25pm and I have yet to be seen.
