The guy's on the shop floor are efficient and friendly. But when it comes to the till there is a long queue with only 1 check out open. Can't blame the staff

Very good service when shopping at sports direct yesterday ( I had literally given up with Peckham so it was really nice to experience ) would also like to say a special thank you to the staff , Richard , jack and the blonde haired lady at the till. Good work guys keep it up.

Tried to return a faulty item within 28 days of buying it as is stated in their return policy and got refused, they told me I had to come the day after buying it despite their return policy clearly stating that I had 28 days to return it. Very disappointing to see that their return policy is not respected, I was told the manager refused to take back my faulty item and give me a new one. So what?s the point of having a return policy if it?s just about the manager?s mood whether the return policy applies or not?

Ridiculous - the store manager here is the rudest person I have ever seen in my history of customer service. Absolutely zero decorum and no idea what the words service, sales or customer means. They sold me the wrong thing and I came back and it was clear it was wrong but she would refuse to refund the second item ... cut the story short by directly from the fitness company, amazon or find a suitable alternative - their products are no 0 value for money and doesn?t help that their store managers don?t know how to resolve complaints or conflicts. Not at all impressed.

No one answers the phone in store. Customer service won't answer their phone. Customer services won't respond to emails. Webchat function on their site is non existent. Won't respond to emails. Shoes take over a week to be delivered. Absolute joke of a company

It's good size store, kind of limited on running Trainers, and im somone that needs ti try them before buying- the person attending to me was helpful I was able to get what I needed.
