I just received a text message from Evri to collect my parcel. I was told by a man at Tesco that the printer is broken and therefore I cannot collect my parcel, I said I didn't need to print a return but instead receive the parcel which I was just texted about and the man in the shop started shouting at me in front of everyone...I understand that they have to adhere to a system but no one needs to be shouting at me over this - so unbelievably rude.I don't really know why they offer Evri services anyway, the machine is broken 99% of the time, I never would have ordered it for collection if I knew that the printer being broken meant they wouldn't release my things...

My parcel was delivered here and I was in hospital when it got there so I could not collect it. When I went there they showed me the parcel but said I was unable to take it because it had passed the date it needed to be collected by! The parcel has my name on and I had ID but still they would not allow me to take it. The lady serving said I can just order it again but the contents are worth £60. I have now been waiting for a refund on this parcel for over 4 weeks because the store has not sent it back to the company as they said they would.

It's a tiny Tesco, so undoubtedly they have very few options. Although, you get the essentials veggies and fruits, snacks, drinks, and meal deals. Being close to the overground makes it easily accessible. There's also a cash machine outside, in case you need to take our cash to buy items or need for your journey. Store staffs are also nice, there's also an option for self checkout. I have been here many times, would recommend.

Let's take a moment to say "Well done" to the Security guard on duty this morning. This is how all of us need to be towards the other. So friendly, greeting every single person, wishing them a great day!People need to realise that even a "Good mornin" can makes someone's day or give them power to "go on".Thank you!

The security staff at the door do not enforce wearing the mask , I witnessed myself people getting in without it , but they are ready to check your bag when you get out without a valid reason .This Tesco should be FINED

I love how the staff can show me the stuff I need to buy when I can not find them. Their shelves are always stocked up neatly and full. For a Tesco Express this ones is doing amazingly. Well Done to all the staff who work hard at day and night to please the customers :)

The staff behind the counter are very friendly. The security staff do not enforce mask wearing at all and seem very disinterested in keeping people safe. I guess they are very poorly paid so don't really feel motivated to do much.

Good little shop prices are sometimes a bit on the expense side. But I like it. Some of the staff could smile a bit more ?

Good location near the railway station. Most shelves are always empty always have to find an alternative to what I was looking for. Always a black beggar in the corner asking for change he has been there for years maybe employed by Tesco not sure.

It's a Tesco. There's a newsagents on this terrace of shops that's less busy but not as much variety. That's capitalism for you.
