Went online to see how to gain access to my Apple ID after phone was stolen and Apple ID had been hacked. Was told to visit the store who would help me with the reset. I approached a member of staff to discuss how they might help and he said he could do nothing to help in-store and I should just phone through to support. I told him I had no phone to contact support and could I use one of their in store devices, or have some help and he just said there was nothing they could do to help. He showed distinct disinterest in helping to resolve. It's not an easy situation when you lose access to your phone and have your details hacked. It's when you really need help, so be treated with such disdain leaves a very sour taste. I went to an O2 store instead and even though it wasn't directly their fault, they helped me work through a possible way to resolve in fairly quick fashion.

Horrible customer service, managers include, they are arrogant don't listen to what you need or what is or technical issue they ignore what you try to explain. I strongly recommend finding another Apple store.

I was here on Saturday to buy a watch, Maria at the Apple Store in Stratford provided exceptional customer assistance. I was undecided about which watch to buy, but Maria patiently explained every detail, helping me make an informed decision. Her expertise and friendly approach created a positive shopping experience. I appreciate Maria's efforts, and her guidance made a significant impact on my purchase. Kudos to her and the Apple Store team for excellent service.

Went to buy a phone this Saturday, I was there around 6pm. I didn?t book an appointment so was enquiring from the lady who was standing. Her customer service was appalling, she was very uninterested in giving any information, she shouldn?t be working there if she doesn?t like her job. Unfortunately I didn?t take her name and left without buying the phone.

Called them and they hung up. They made me wait 5 hours for a 'genius' bar reservation, with people who are the furthest from genius that is conceivably possible. my repair was delayed by several days and cost an extortionate amount of money. horrible company in every way

I booked an appointment via customer service to get my MacBook repaired and went to the store for when they told me. They couldn?t find my name on the system and the guy over the phone didn?t send me a confirmation email or text. The guy at the shop was extremely unhelpful and refused to ask anyone else or the technician for confirmation as the ?system? has to be right. Instead of being unhelpful, you could have checked with the technician as he should have time free for me or could have been nicer. Do better Apple.

If you're here trying to find a solution for your macbook, make sure you backup all you data because they might loose it. Also, know that the repair will most certainly take a few days. So be prepared: I went there for nothing, was basically told they could not help me and sent home. They do not give you this information prior to the appointment. I wish their services were actually made to respond to the urgency that a broken computer represents for most people: i do not have a backup computer at home to use for several days while this one is being repaired and i do not have the funds to buy enough iCloud storage to backup my broken computer. If you product is sold as luxury products, at a high price, I expect the customer service to measure up. But it does not.

Apple sells itself on customer service. From experience their service is terrible. They tell you to wait an hour for an appointment then add another hour when you come back. Then they will tell you that it is perfectly normal for an 18 month old set of rarely used AirPods to fail and they won?t fix them. Then they use the ?I didn?t make the policy? line that is entirely invalid because they explicitly chose to work as the enforcers of those policies.Not worth the expense. Other manufacturers do the same thing for less money and with better guarantees.

Bit crowded and don't know who to contact. Asked by staff to go in the middle row to the end for appointments . After a few minutes, staff assisted and sorted out my phone battery swelling issue. Just changed the battery and said everything else is fine, but I am not satisfied with the service. Bit annoyed with iPhone 14 pro swollen battery and iPhones are not reliable anymore.
