I?m only 12 and I am rating this Clarks a 5 star because of the amazing service of Millar.He works in Westfield Clarks and the way he treated me and my sister was like no other staff.He found the perfect shoes with my size and not only that he made the experience fun and amusing for us.He asked us for our hobbies,names and also played games with us.Millar if you are seeing this then know that we appreciate and love you deeply and that I hope you go on and live your full potential.We hope you are given a raise as well ??.(This is Odhi & Ohi from Saturday 11 November by the way)(Sorry if we spelt your name wrong and also I hope you read this ?)

Visited the shop today with my 12 yo son, and had such an amazing service provided by the lovely Aamina.Aamina was really great with my child, she was patient to measure his feet, and found him the most adequate school shoes.Thank you Aamina.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STOREI went in today to exchange a pair for a bigger size and because i was tired I the shop manager gave me a defective piece that I had rejected earlier. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. Stratford clarks. I do not trust the service anymore. I don?t want a refund i just want my clarks. And I want them delivered you can keep this piece or bin it. I don?t care. I am done travelling to the end of the world to find a pair that fits. I live in wimbledon for goodness sake.Please get back to me with a solution that doesn?t involve dealing with the horrendous service at stratford. I had pointed out earlier that piece was defective and she still gave me that the next day!I am beyond horrified.

Great service at Stratford 5003 on the 29.07.23 at 18:04. The manager Maria is very considerate. I suggested her that CLARKS should make kind of special deals or something to incentive/attract people to buy in store, after all if prices as exactly same on store and online what is the point leaving my house go to store when I could purchase comfortably online? I am a loyal customer to Clarks and always purchase online (as no difference or INCENTIVE buying in store, however, in this occasion and because of Maria's in incentive I decided to buy in store. Clarks should definitely think of ideas to motivate or incentive customers buy in store, this is also VERY HELPFUL for the staff in store that rely on commission (I guess)

This store is a joke! You would think its better compared to the other smaller Clarks but trust me, you don?t want to go in there!I thought i would buy shoes for my kid and walked out the station to do so. I walked in and asked Bobby to show me styles on sale in my kids size and her instant reply was- we haven't got anything on sale in this size. I insisted on checking the iPad assuring her there are always shoes on sale and guess what i was right. I picked a style and waited for 15 mins to be told the system was incorrect and they didn't have those shoes. So i asked the other lady who was serving me to show me other styles and she rolled her eyes on me!!!! I waited for another 10 mins while they were all walking around me, completely ignoring me to the point where i had to find someone to talk to and check whats happening. Turned out they didnt have an ipad for me and just left me there hanging without any update. When i tried complaining to Bobby she wasn?t interested at all and was shocked that i wasn't happy with hers and other ladies service! Just wasted 30 mins of my time in this unwelcoming place. Avoid! Visit your small local Clarks.Just read other reviews of customers complaining about rude staff so I am not surprised i had issues as well!

I visited Clark's at Westfield in Stratford to have my shoes changed. Unfortunately that design hurt the back of my ankles and didn't suit me at all. I think that Clark's should revise that model.I was assisted by Maria and Nurani who helped me and changed my shoes to a more comfortable model. I was very happy of the assistance received and of such great service. Maria fully understood my issue and acted greatly!Overall, I have to say that the shoe prices have gone incredibly up. I saw a pair of heels at £90, honestly too expensive!!
