Donna at Tom Ford Westfield Stratford John Lewis was absolutely amazing from start to end. Donna was friendly, helpful, informative and all round a lovely woman and gave great service. Thank you so much for your service. Employee of the year and a pay rise should be rewarded!!! You just don?t get this type of customer service these days. So I will be going back and purchasing another perfume again. Thank you Donna :)

This branch literally sucks !Very bad customer service!!!!Angry customer right here want return and refund for the purchase!I cannot return my duvet, as the saleswomen told me not to do so, because they will not refund for hygiene purposes. But I find the duvet is not ideal and full of faults! It is very slippery and the duck down is only filled at one site, not full!I called the online service few times, they suggested me to ask the in-store advisor for this matter. And surely, no one bothered to take care of this case!

Lovely baby facilities including a dedicated room for breastfeeding. This was the first place I was brave enough to go and breastfeed outside my home after I had my baby so really appreciated it. I also ate in the café which is nice and quiet with tasty food.

Great customer service and lovely staff. I would like to point out that we were attended by "Ruth" and she has done a fantastic job with advising us on the mattress type that would suit us for better sleeping. We have been browsing around to buy a mattress and we have never had the service that Ruth provided us with. She is an asset to John Lewis and certainly a star!! Thank you Ruth!

Good store to visit for ideas and good quality products. Went to the restaurant for a coffee and a bacon sandwich. There were six staff hanging around but not much going on . Had to wait 15 minutes for the sandwich. Not much better at the tills , no staff again they all just evaporated. When we were sitting down the did the same , all just walked off , hence the missing star . Normally John Lewis are a lot better.

Specifically came in to look at a cooker they said they had in store on the website. But when we got here they didn?t have it. Took ages to find someone to help and he basically told us to phone the supplier who would tell us where one is located. We asked about install and removal and nobody could tell us what it cost and if the old cooker would be removed. The staff just seem to want to stand behind a counter and not interact. I?ve read about how John Lewis has gone done the pan and now understand why.

I recently took my wife and our 1-month-old son to John Lewis to do some shopping. We were in the middle of looking at clothes when my son started to cry. He was hungry, so I took him to the breastfeeding and quiet zone.I was so impressed with the breastfeeding and quiet zone! It was a small room with a comfortable chair, a changing table, and a fridge for storing breast milk. There was also a sign on the door that asked people to be respectful of the space and to keep noise levels down.My wife was able to breastfeed my son in peace and quiet. He was happy, I was happy, and we were able to finish our shopping without any more interruptions.I was so impressed with John Lewis's commitment to making their stores family-friendly. The breastfeeding and quiet zone was a great example of how they are making it easier for parents to shop with their children.I will definitely be back to John Lewis to do more shopping. I'm even willing to spend a bit more money now that I know they have a breastfeeding and quiet zone for kids.

Great store, wide selection of clothes, fabrics and furnishings.I was looking at the phones and laptops. Good selection offered, well displayed, with descriptors listing essential features. Well qualified staff available to offer help and advice. Good place to go for tech. gear.

Went into John Lewis as needed to buy a new iPhone cable, thoughout my whole time in the electrical department I was being watched by 2 security guards and when I asked to buy a specific cable, I was escorted to the till like some criminal. This whole experience made me feel very uncomfortable, when I got home I contacted John Lewis who said return the item at Waitrose as there was not a nearby John Lewis, they only method of refund that was offered was a gift voucher, considering I will not step foot in a John Lewis again. I was also told at Waitrose that there is no way for John Lewis to refund onto my card. This is the first time visiting this store I was made to feel very uncomfortable and feel that the security staff use racial and age profiling.

Visited the Stratford, East London branch but where are all the staff? Had to wait ages to get served at the counter and when we wanted to buy a rug we couldn't find anyone to help. After 30 minutes waiting and looking around we found a partner in another department (lighting) who agreed to come into the carpet department and help. She said she was the only person on the whole floor. Terrible service. Is this the Sharon White's way of cutting staff numbers to bare minimum in order to reduce costs and to leave customers exasperated and leaving the store!!

I tried to buy a toddler car seat twice today and failed. The first time no one served me and when I tried to just buy a seat they were unable to log into the system. Because online delivery times were long and pick up in store showed available from next day I drove back same evening. Now I was not able to buy the (same!) seat because it was a display item and again they sent me home.And one wonders why so many high street shops close. I will order the seat away online from the sofa now. As I should have from the beginning.

It is great to have a John Lewis in East London, however, customer service standards at JL are the equivalent of a Greek tragedy that Homer would struggle to put pen to paper. JL staff can only be found when their annual staff bonus is up for discussion. It is shocking and sad as to how JL has come to this.The Place to Eat only has a skeleton workforce.I just collect my online orders from here and use the Waitrose below.

I'm a disabled person, going in my wheelchair but I've never stole anything in my life. Why I'm treated by your security guard as a potential thief!? Anyway I BOUGHT and PAID for two nice hats in your store. Always take your receipts to avoid harassment from the security staff!
