It's great if you like doughnuts. I personally do not like too much sweet so I mostly stick with the original glazed doughnut which I really like. Service is very good. Staff is friendly. Plus they have a lot of offers like you get freebies on birthday, on joining the app, on giving reviews. So they are not just running a business they are giving something back to the customers which I appreciate.

The doughnuts were warm and fresh, the shakes were cold and refreshing. Everything was sweet but not sickly. The employees were extremely friendly, especially Jem! She is so funny and went above and beyond to provide an excellent service.

The donuts at the stratford Krispy Kreme were stale today. This has been the second time we have experienced stale tasting donuts from Krispy Kreme (enfield location and stratford location). They are very expensive for the size and they was a complete lack of filling. They had no lotus biscoff on display and the employee produced some from underneath which was rather strange and can be explained when we tasted them! 1 star. Very disappointed.

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply unsatisfactory experience I recently encountered at your establishment in Westfield Stratford (The bigger Krispy Kreme store, not the small stand), specifically on 09/11/2023, during my visit to claim a Glazed dozen box doughnut reward. Unfortunately, my encounter with one of your employees, Selina, left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.Upon approaching the counter to claim my reward, I was served by Selina, who exhibited an exceptionally rude and aggressive demeanor throughout our interaction. I presented my identification, which matched the name and email address linked to my Krispy Kreme loyalty account. However, to my surprise, Selina insisted on comparing the date of birth on my ID with the date of birth on my Krispy Kreme loyalty rewards app.I would like to highlight that I was not attempting to claim a birthday reward but a Glazed dozen donuts, which I had rightfully earned through my loyalty to Krispy Kreme. The unnecessary emphasis on the disparity in birthdates was both irrelevant and unprofessional. Despite providing all the necessary documentation to confirm my identity, Selina refused to fulfill my request in an exceedingly rude manner and with an aggressive tone, making my visit an extremely unpleasant experience.As a loyal customer who has consistently chosen Krispy Kreme for my sweet treats, I find it disheartening to encounter such discourteous behavior from a member of your staff. I believe that the actions of your employee, Selina, not only tarnished my perception of your brand but also violated the basic principles of customer service.In light of this unfortunate incident, I kindly request the following:Compensation for the inconvenience and the unpleasant experience I endured during my visit.An investigation into the conduct of Selina during my interaction, with appropriate disciplinary action taken if deemed necessary.A reassessment of the training and customer service protocols for your staff to ensure that future customers do not face similar treatment.I sincerely hope that you will address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. I value the quality of Krispy Kreme's products and hope that my trust in your brand can be restored through a swift and satisfactory resolution.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Served by Azime, Came in looking forward to getting a donut. Got acknowledged by Azime, not greeted. In which she took my order and got it done with with no passion whatsoever. A simple smile goes a long way but there was nothing there except a sad face and someone who clearly doesn?t want to be at work. I?m extremely displeased

There is a man working at the Krispy Kreme kiosk on the ground floor. He is a black man. He is very rude to the customers for no reason. He really shouldn?t work there.

Guy on the till with dyed hair was incredibly impatient and rude. Rolling his eyes when it took us less than a min to chose 4 doughnuts, and when we we about to sit down he shouted from behind the counter "excuse me, that table is clean, you can't use it that's why the chair is up. Go find a table outside!" Clearly he isn't happy to be here on a Friday at 1900.Your staff needs some serious training.
