1 star. Bad customer service. Came in store to get my sim replaced and got turned away just because there?s no middle name in the contract although All other ID docs proved. Was waiting for them to post instead but didn?t even come on time promised. At the end I had to call to customer service and got my sim within 2 days. Really disappointed with the way they deal with customer in the store. Never come again, I will cancel all my family?s contract with three after this experience too.

Being a customer of three for 3 years this is the first time that I have come across such a rude arrogant and unprofessional employee. Having come to the store just to get a receipt/invoice, he refused to help me at all after I waited for an hour in a queue because he only had 10 minutes before his shift ended. Not only that he went to speak to two other customers in his language and served them as soon as they came in after he refused to help me. The employees name was Ismail or smai. I have decided to leave as soon as my contract ended because of this employees behaviour because I cannot deal with this terrible customer service.

I was helped by Curtis today and he gave me options about what I wanted to buy today which is Mobile WiFi.\\nHe opened up to more than what can be a better option for a customer and with the deal he gave me, I am extremely happy with this service.\\n\\nHis interaction with a customer is superb and very professional. I was over looked and kept waiting for almost 2 hrs. I noted non Afro customers came and went during the time I was there. The one star was for the agent who used his own initiative to ensure that I eventually left the shop with a new phone for my grand daughters birthday present.

Its a phone shop like any other. Nothing special.
I needed to change the SIM as I had changed the phone. It would have taken them 3 working days to send me if I had requested it over the phone. At the the shop, they did it instantly.
That's the advantage.
