Great experience, very helpful staff and customer service team. Ordered a blue jacket here, didn't fit. Came in, and despite it being past exchange date, they let me return it! Will be coming here again very soon

Most dishonest staff member I've ever heard of. I bought a pair of shoes a week ago, tried them ONCE at home and couldn't even get my whole foot in as they were too narrow. My wife tries to get a refund today and is told "no can do, they've clearly been worn". Mate are you having a laugh? The price stickers are still inside!! And it was clear from the sole they weren't worn. He offered an exchange (so putting them back on the shelf is fine for an exchange, but not for a refund?!) which is a joke. I'll avoid this store now and I'm complaining to customers services, with pictures clearly showing they weren't worn. Joke.

Good music choice, but their clothes are quite a tight fit to be honest. Mainly for skinny people.

On the plus side, there's always plenty of staff about. They give 10% NUS student discount on any and everything also. That's to be applauded. Less so, their Sales compared with Bershka, Pull & Bear and Zara all through and especially at the end are always 2 even 3 times more comparatively speaking.
