This is a store I don't visit often because I don't believe they cater for bigger size people. Luckily, I was able to find a vest. This is a cashless store, and because normal people don't catch on quickly in using the store machine to checkout, the process took long, and there was a long line waiting. It's so sad that humans are trying to get rid of humans.

Went just before Christmas, Zara price was fair. I got nice fashionable & quality stuffs for my self, children & their Dad. The only negativity in my opinion was:- you will have to scan your own items and take the tag off by your self which is all new to me & I struggle a bit. The other thing was your recept will be sent by your email which is fine but I saw a bit of damage on one of my shopping/men shirt. When I intended to exchange it with another new one, I went to return and exchange but couldn't access my email as internet doesn't work in there. I had to connect with Westfield WiFi and still the recept hasn't been sent to my email. I had to go round and do more shopping added perfume for my children, came back to the exchange then we be able to find the recept. Imagine if you are in hurry all that delay in inconvenient. But having said that I love Zara & I will go again. Boys perfume is super I start buying them from early age ( don't wanna share my Tom Ford ? ) besides I think Zara kids perfume is safe for kids skin. Happy holidays everyone ?????????

Giving one star because I?m forced to. The layout of the ?man? section is shambolic. Casuals, smart, footwear, underwear randomly displayed in store. I asked an ic3 female where I could find a certain type of shirt and she pointed at the whole store and said over there. A female manager of eastern european origin was loudly and openly discussing a member staffs visa renewal with him. No thought given to discretion and confidentiality. She should spend more time organising her store better.

Painfully slow. Manager had to come till to give cash refund took her ages it created a line behind me. Cashier wasn?t able to serve anyone else customers looking at me angrily. Was uncomfortable. Always the case in Zara I?m adamant staff have to be slow 0 sense of urgency it?s quite annoying

I walked to Zara's self-service counter to pay for my purchase, as well as for the bag. I was having trouble finding the bag, so I reached out to one of the staff members for help. He walked away from me without saying a word.

One of the man at the tills is so extremely rude that I almost left everything and walked out! He not only wasn?t helpful (some of us haven?t got a clue on how to remove the tag and pin) but made me feel like an idiot!

Honestly the worst Zara store I have ever been to. Multiple times that I have been here where something is not working and staff are unwilling to help, trying to collect orders or return online orders and something or the other is broken and no one will help, instead they usually just tell you to join another queue and wait another 20 mins for someone else to try and help. On so many occasions have I been here and left in the worst mood extremely frustrated after wasting so much of my time.

I was deeply disappointed with the customer service I experienced. The information regarding refunds, as well as card and cash payments, was inadequately displayed, making it difficult for patrons to easily access and understand. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice a clear bias from the staff at the counter, which greatly affected the overall service quality, with preferential treatment being given based on unclear criteria. My time was unnecessarily wasted, and I observed numerous other customers visibly frustrated and annoyed. The management should address these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for all patrons.

Very disappointed with the service I just received. Was told by a blonde lady working in the store that an item was in stock and to wait 15 minutes for them to retrieve from stock room. Waited 45 minutes and then asked a different colleague where the item is, and was told it?s out of stock and has been rejected on their system. So I wasted 45 minutes for nothing. Customer service is really bad in here, no one actually wants to help you. The only one who was willing to help was a young brown lady with braids, besides her it didn?t seem like anyone wanted to be of much assistance. Definitely won?t be coming back here.
