Great for bargains. Wide range of products. A lot of price drops. Not enough catalogue machines. Can be a bit frustrating due to for a lot of products u need to request a staff member, so that they can take your catalogue item number. Sometimes you can swipe your bank/Argos card. But as stated,will have to ask staff. Staff very efficient and helpful. Although some products might no be available,so have to order on line or root around for a store that might have it. Can have home delivery, very good this because they will sent u a message when the delivery driver is close. Yes Argos is definitely the number 1. For shopping.?

Normally I have found all staff to be helpful and friendly but there is one older woman there who is rude and no customer service what so ever. I was told because my item had broken they couldn't give a a refund, even though I had a receipt. Why advertise that if you are not happy you can return a item within 30 days. I had this strimmer for 2 days! False advertising! Bad customer service!

They have none of the items listed on Google Maps as available in-store. This is barely more than a collection point. If I had known that, I'd have saved myself the trip.

No loading bay to collect heavy bulky items or help to lift on trolley. Rude staff. Dreadful customer experience.

The worse experience I've ever had with ARGOS STORE!!!!! I came to the Sainsbury's store in Orpington to refund my electric hairbrush which I bought beginning of March and haven't had chance to return it before as I've been self isolating for last 9 weeks. There was no manager on shift, just 3 young girls under 18. So basically they told me that I'm not allowed to return it because I opened the plastic bag but how could I check the product in the different why?! So they called the Sainsbury's manager as I said there was NO MANAGER ON SHIFT!! The guy came and completely disnt know what to say as obviously didnt know argos rules so started apologising and that's how they solve the problems. I walked out with my hairbrush and headed to Bromley store, took me 2 minutes to return it.ILL NEVER COME BACK THERE!!!

Tried to get a replacement on a Christmas present that was broken I was instantly told I couldn't get a refund which I didn't want anyway the store manager swore when I got my dates mixed up on the sale as I had lost my receipt however was advised if I went to the branch I purchased from they could trace the transaction. The store manager then went ahead and shouted at me and accused me of never purchasing the item from the store alot staff then started gathering round the manager as I began to resolve this which then the store manager was going on lunch so I would have to wait half n hour, five minutes on the phone to customer service and they found my sale from that day and I had purchased the item. Avoid this store lovely young lady was so polite who was the till and offered help but the managers not so helpful and very rude and I was very polite however the store manager seem to have a problem as I was work in a customer facing role I would never have treated a customer the way they did !!! Now to wait on receipt from customer service and il be visiting a much nicer local branch not this one!!!!
