I contacted aurora royal on their live chat on the webpage as I was struggling to amend my order. I was spoken to very rudely and did not receive any help. I fully understand it is Sunday but as they had live chat available I assumed they worked Sunday otherwise why have live chat available? Not everyone takes Sundays off so that isn?t obvious and I don?t think ?it?s sunday? in the middle of our chat was necessary a polite ?sorry we do not work Sundays and will try and resolve this with you on Monday? would have been a much better message. I found them rude and this has put me off ordering!
