“Been seeing countless Optometrist over 4 decades in my lives, I find Ayesha Chowdhury is the best and the most professional optometrist I've seen so far.Ayesha was extremely polite & friendly, who kept saying thank you after I answered to her every single question throughout the test. She also examined my eyes thoroughly with extra patient & offered to carry out an additional OCT scan on my eyes for free, after finding something unusual in my eyes under the standard scan result. I really appreciated indeed for the concern and caring that she gave me.She also initiate to ask if I knew the causes of needing reading glasses & explained to me in a very professional way. I never seen any optometrists like her would initiate to tell her patient more and offering extra helps unless I ask.An optometrist like her is definitely an asset to Boots optician and I am glad that I managed to get an appointment for my daughter to see her again on next Monday.”

“Just had an eye test, I didn't buy any glasses as cheaper to get online. All staff were friendly, and testing was undertaken promptly but not rushed.The machine that registered eye pressure (The one that puffs onto the eyeball) was not working, which meant I had to do it a few times, annoying but these things happen.The most bizarre thing I found was the optician telling me to look up, down, right left etc whilst writing down something on a bit of paper and not even looking into my eyes! Just bizarre, never had someone do that at an eye test before.”
