Unfortunately am not able to give less! I have been so happy with HSBC but will never go to the Orpington Branch again. Unhelpful staff that have to look up a simple process in front of the customer and discuss between them what they need to do. Once they did this they were still very unsure and gave me little confidence and weee unprofessional and told me different to what they had said the week before! Very unhelpful to the point of rudeness! Give HSBC a bad name and made me want to change banks. Barclays and Nationwide in Orpington a different sorry. A pleasure to deal with.

Waste of time, poor customer service, this branch should be closed permanently.I came into the branch and staff were unwilling to do their job as it was near closing time while they stand chatting by the door and watching the clock. I will be filing a complaint with the branch manager.I have been with HSBC for over 11 years, not putting with their incompetence any longer.

The most useless branch ever. No counter service. Very limited staff. Cash deposit machine broken most of the time and staff seem to be trained best into directing you to go to the post office to use their services. As a business owner and a long standing HSBC customer, I have never been able to benefit from this branch in any way or shape or form.

I 'd like to express my heartfelt thanks to Emma for her kindest help. I went to the bank today to set up my mobile banking apps. Emma helped me with this. She was so nice, so patient, and so helpful that I was extremely impressed. She is one of the best customer service professionals I have ever met. Thanks Emma.

I joined bank for last 12 years and time to change bank, I am proundly deaf and should talk deaf aware. I don't know how to transfer to bank and I don't know what is pin number for. It waste time and I have enough now.

Do not have any knowledge. She kept saying that she?s busy and got other things to do. Kept asking me to come back, but won?t book, telling me just to pop in and hope it?s not one these days when she?s busy. I explained to her that I was pregnant but couldn?t care less. She didn?t even know what documents are acceptable or not. Needs to go back for few months of training. No wonder everybody I know is leaving HSBC.My suggestion go to Santander - the best bank and customer service.
