Mot booked online day before, managed to have a slot at branch.Attended branch, greeted at front desk by staff member who was available, gave advise on time for MOT to be completed.Mot tester came and took key and proceeded to complete MOT.All done very smoothly with no delays and car MOT completed whilst I waited, in the time slot that I booked.I observed various staff members at the desk taking phone calls, meeting customers and dealing with part deliveries etc. The staff were courteous, clear and concise with all interactions.I was very impressed with the customer focus and professional way they were representing the company.A special mention for the MOT tester Mr Gray , who completed the MOT for me and previous MOT,s for my and wife's other vehicles. Always friendly, keeping to timescales and thorough.Well done all.

Great service from this Kwik Fit depot. Called on the day to change 2x tyres and booked me in AM. Pleasant staff and quick turnaround. I?ll make this my go to branch moving forward.

Excellent service all round. Will definitely prioritise this location for my next requirement. The team was awesome. Was able to carry out few additional diagnostics and complete the required repairs in one go. Close by McDonalds and Starbucks help for a quick meal / drink.

Came here five years ago. 250 for a lambda sensor and took my car out for a 30 minute spin for fun. They don't know their stuff. Come here if you wanna be taken the piss out of.

No stars if was possible. Had car booked into Sevenoaks Kwik Fit for MOT on Friday Aug 25th. Was called on the day to say they couldn?t do it. Re-booked for Orpington (Sevenoaks Way) on 28th. Again called on the day to say they couldn?t do it and had no appointments available until 5th Sept. Joe very u helpful. Called online booking call centre and given no alternaitives other than a refund. Now left desperately chasing around trying to get an MOT slot before expiry.

The MOT started on time, the service engineer explained the procedure and told me to take a seat and he would find me on completion.

Not interested in customer spend!!!Turned away from the Orpington branches as a new customer because they don?t work on brakes @ weekends???? Not impressed with make it up rules as the staff attitude was very clear did not want assist me to spend £££. Absolutely useless, poorly trained staff, really unhelpful and waste of time.Did spend my ££ with competitor with a smile and positive customer experience.

Was greeted by my mechanic, who was doing my re-test, he was very polite and already had the details of my failed test to hand, we discussed what I have had corrected which should get the car through the MOT.

Dear Customer Service,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at Kwik Fit Orpington last week on Tuesday, the 25th of July, during my visit to have my brakes and discs checked.When I arrived at the garage, I handed over my car, and it was diagnosed that I needed four brake pads and four discs, which I agreed to. The engineer mentioned the estimated cost to be £275, and I found it to be a fair amount. However, to my utter shock, when I returned to settle the bill after 3 1/2 hours, the total came to a staggering £762.I immediately raised my concern with the engineer, stating that I believe there might have been a mistake in the billing. Regrettably, he insisted that the amount was correct, leaving me without any tangible proof of the original verbal quote of £275.Following nearly half an hour of expressing my dismay, I insisted on speaking to the manager. Despite my complaints, the best resolution they offered was a mere £162 discount, bringing the total bill down to £600. I must emphasize that even this reduced amount appears to be outrageously high for a brake and disc replacement service.To make matters worse, just a few days after the service, my car has been producing a terrible noise while driving, sounding as if the caliper is about to dislodge. This noise has made both braking and driving unbearable, and it is evident that there is an issue with the work carried out on my vehicle.I must confess that I am hesitant to return to the same garage, fearing the possibility of further overcharging or subpar repairs. The entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, particularly as I was overcharged by at least £300 and did not receive a satisfactory solution to rectify the situation.I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter. I expect a prompt response and a resolution that addresses the overcharging and ensures the quality of the work done on my car. I trust that you will conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.Looking forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

I changed two tires at your orpington store. After replacing tires, one of them started to have a constant air pressure loss problem. As a result of my many calls, I was able to reach you and I got an appointment for today, 6 August, at 10 am. When I got there they told me to wait 1 hour. After 1.5 hours they told me to wait until 1:00 pm. This is already their issue. They couldn?t fix new tires properly. They waste my time I went second time. I had no time to that long. I wasted my time to go there and I couldn?t solve my problem. I don?t recommend anyone. waste of time and money.

This service was cheaper then others around to change tyres and tyres itself.The manager Shaz was very friendly and even managed to get my MOT done while I wasn't booked in and they were fully booked.Done air conditioning refill filter change suspension spring replacement all 4 tires replacement all in one day.Very good service ?

Joe and the team could not have been more courteous and helpful, despite arriving near closing time on a Saturday evening. They were quick and efficient, just like being in a Pit Stop! If McClaren are looking for staff, they need look no further! (Sorry Kwick Fit ?)
