Walked in with table of 11 at 14.30. Told possibly can seat you in 40mins but might have to be split tables (It was busy). Left telephone number to call when ready and no one called. Ended up going elsewhere.

You can't go wrong with Nando's. Friendly staff, good food.Just a suggestion - they can brighten up the place a bit more. You can easily miss it if you are not local or not following google maps.

Me and my partner didn't have the best experience at orpington nandos. The cups, cutlery and plates were all dirty when given to us! Disgusting! It makes you wonder what else isn't cleaned very well. The knifes and forks are so old and scatched that it's off putting. Security guard at the door is walking around with headphones in his ears texting on his phone. When ordering our food, we asked to use our bluelight card and was told they don't do that when clearly it says on the website that they do. Music was blaring. The place was freezing.

Jacquie was amazing, brought our food out to us quickly and informed us we could save money next time by ordering the platter and getting the exact same things. We had a little chat before we left and she is just very lovely. She is a credit to the store, amazing woman.

We usually enjoy going to Nando?s quite a bit but the last few times it?s taken ages to get our food, been cold, just disappointing. Not just Orpington but other local Nando?s too.

I ordered yesterday at 16:40pm a delivery that showed estimated arrival being 17:35pm. The ordered arrived at 18:15pm! I then noticed 2 items were missing one being my 2 year olds chips. When I touched the food it was freezing cold! I was so unhappy because we had waited so long and were starving. This was a treat night for us since we don?t spend on takeaways much with the living crisis being difficult and it wasn?t cheap as was above £50. I rang up the number shown on the site and they was only going to refund for the missing items even though we had to throw the food away since it was stone cold. Myself being pregnant, my husband did not want me to eat freezing chicken and cold halloumi. After arguing and getting through to management we finally got a full refund and had to cook something since it had taken so long we were all starving. This has completely put us off ever ordering from Nando?s again or to even visit Nando?s since the quality of food seemed appalling.

Seated quickly, no mention of any wait but it took 45 mins for food to come out and when it did my entire plate was stone cold. I sent it back and 15mins later, the waiter came and chased it up, only for it to be found waiting on the side. I don't know his name but the waiter who sorted out my meal deserves better. He was the main (and perhaps only) one running around serving people and dealing with complaints while other staff were prioritising takeaway and delivery orders. Way more food went in the delivery pile than it did to anyone's table.

Loved going here recently for a lunch, tasty dinner, right amount of heat as hadn't been to Nandos for forever, got me a nice takeaway too! A nice gentleman called Jay was especially kind, the servers too! Very ashamed I broke a sauce bottle accidentally, trying to carry too much, fibromyalgia pain after shopping trip, silly Billy me! The staff handled things with grace and speed clearing up, went to Nandos on a Friday afternoon, was nice not too busy, lovely music in the background, Portuguese with afro beats, will go back again next time I am shopping at the Nugent, no broken bottles ?Vegetarian options: There is a large vegetarian selection available as my friends are veggie, when we all last went to Orpington Nandos, wraps, tasty veggie offerings too ?Dietary restrictions: If one has IBS, I can recommend asking staff for substitutes, plus Jay was lovely enough to ask meParking: My care coordinator drove,so parking was chocca, but we eventually got a parking space near the front of the nugent looking at the shop windows !Kid-friendliness: Was on my own last visit, but been there with my friend and her kids, lovely jubblyWheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance with numatic doors,nice disabled toilet facilities, but think the lock may need looking at,

Julio is a brilliant manager , we had some issues with the food and he promptly helped resolve these. He helped ensure it was a great nandos experience as always. Julio is an asset to nandos.

Ordered on Deliveroo, for the last 3 times now they forget to put sauce in that we have paid for. Don?t understand how hard it is to remember to pack sauce. Very annoying! Ruined meal

I wish these guys would pick up the phone surely they are not supposed to just ignore the phone. I was on hold for 30 mins on two different phones and no answer. Honestly it's ridiculous I will need to try another branch as this one is terrible. 50 mins later no delivery and still not picking up the phone. Now I am battling to get a refund to order elsewhere fun and games on a Monday night just what you need. I will update everyone with the final scores. 1 Hour later and their customer services are now refusing to refund me no delivery still and can't get through on the phone. Now I am being told your order will arrive when it arrives and we will not refund you ETA is currently at 1h30 mins. Customer services put the phone down and now will not answer the phone as they can clearly see my numbe. So wow eventually my food has been picked up and 1h40 mins no pick up of the restaurants phone clearly there mist be an issue at the restaurant that has happened Nugent is terrible avoid at all costs I wanted to eat have an early night and this was not going to happen ordered at 7pm food arrived 8.40pm cold and soggy that I had to put in Microwave imagine.
