When I first made the appointment for my mum, with Orpington Eyecare and Hearing Centre, I could tell from the smile in Mary's voice, it would be a good meeting. We were not disappointed, their office was clean, bright, uncluttered and staff, welcoming. After a short while we were greeted by Mr Patel, the Optometrist, who treated mum with such kindness. The whole appointment ran smoothly and professionally. Mum who was in a wheelchair was treated with patience, respect and good humour.I did call a couple of other opticians but their response was not a patch on Orpington Eyecare and Hearing Centre, who I would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you OEHC.

The team at Orpington Eyecare and Hearing Centre were very professional, I was seen too very quickly. I had a thorough eye test and the optician explained the results of all the tests very clearly. Overall it was an excellent service, the place was very clean and much as you would expect from a professional outfit.

I had an issue with a floater in my eye and was recommended an immediate examination. I called and was seen within 24 hours as a MECS patient. I felt very comfortable and my treatment was excellent. I recommend Orpington eye care to anyone.

Superb, detailed service as always. Extremely knowledgeable and informative - everything always explained in full. After 62 years of wearing glasses this is undoubtedly the best service I have ever received. Having had a lot of surgical treatment on my eyes I wholly recommend Orpington Eyecare Centre - I was recommended to use them by my consultant ophthalmologist.

Had been advised by my usual optician that I needed to be seen 'today or tomorrow' but they had no appointments available. Optometrist (Mr Patel) agreed to stay late to fit me in that afternoon, and thoroughly checked my retinas. Reassured me all was well, but that I'd been right to check. Really grateful for the prompt, efficient service.

The staff at Orpington Eye care was very friendly. The Doctor took the time during my visit to explain everything and was very attentive and thorough. He even took the time to help me choose the perfect pair of glasses. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing eyecare. Any eye problems I have this is my first point of call. Super fast appointments. Treated with the upmost respect, appointments not rushed. And a full examination of your eyes to determine the issues. I would fully recommend this place as your first stop.
