Rubbish. Came all the way on the train to this pharmacy as it was open on Google and was shut at 8pm on Sunday. Sort it out!

Closed too early on Saturday when 111 doctor prescribed medication around 7:30 pm and I reached the pharmacy around 8:15. Please notify princess Royal hospital, Orpington if you are closing early. Also remove hoarding that says open till late.

Had regular nightmares getting my prescriptions from here. None of the staff want to be in any way helpful or act with any kind of urgency when there are 10 people in the queue. They'd make me go in every 3 weeks to wait in a long queue to order the prescription first of all. Then I'd have to return the next week to collect the prescription on the day they told me but when I arrived they wouldn't have the prescription yet so I'd have to come back a few days later and then queue up again to collect it then wait 20min while they prepared it because it was never ready. Sometimes they'd claim they'd never received the prescription from the surgery and I'd have to contact the surgery to then be told they had sent it. I felt like a yo-yo as nothing was ever simple or done correctly. As someone working full-time this became impossible especially once I was on more than prescription as they'd never have the prescriptions ready at the same time so I had to return multiple times a week.They also regularly got the prescription wrong or gave me the wrong drug. Once I tried to explain this and rather than discussing it discreetly somewhere, the pharmacist had the conversation out loud, discussing my personal and private information, in front of the whole queue. Extremely unprofessional. Still didn't even receive my drug as they had ordered the incorrect one!I left the pharmacy on that occasion and a helpful man intercepted me and told me to use Pharmacy2u instead and I am forever grateful to him because it changed my life. Now my whole family use Pharmacy2u who deliver the prescription free as well. The whole process, from ordering the prescription to receiving it, takes 2-3 days with just a few clicks of the mouse and they keep you updated on any delays. Highly recommend anyone unhappy with their pharmacy to switch.

The NHS? website, google and the Pharmacy?s own website all state that it is open until 11pm, seven days a week. Drove to the pharmacy at 8.30pm on a Sunday to get some medicine for my son and found it was closed. The sign stating it is open until late 7 days a week was there though.

We went to the doctors with our I?ll son and we?re prescribed urgent antibiotics because of a very high temperature, our appointment was at 7.40 pm , the doctor sent our prescription electronically to your pharmacy because it shuts at 10pm. We arrived at your pharmacy at 8.30pm and you were closed. We were left with a very sick child with no medication. You should notify the local doctors surgeries if you are going to close early, we ended up having to call 111 and speak to another doctor and travel 20 miles to Tonbridge to another pharmacy.. Not a very go set up .

Had a very weird experience at this pharmacy. Went there as one of the only ones in this vicinity that was open late on Christmas Eve. When I explained my condition, they said I could have antibiotics for £27 (thought I had heard them wrong) but no, that was what they said. They took money off my card, then asked me to look over a form and sign and date it. I then waited a bit and my form was given back to me, because I hadn't filled it in (they hadn't asked me to fill in the rest). When I did this, they said I couldn't have the antibiotics, as due to something I had marked, they weren't allowed to. I said you have to refund my money then, which they said they could only do via cash (something my husband has since said was dodgy, as they should pay you back to your card - its to stol fraud). I landed up buying something else off a shelf and they said they didn't have any change, but then did (barring lacking 1p, which I can deal with). Realised when I got home, they gave me an old £1. I've never been here before but I don't aim to come here again. Something very dodgy about the whole experience and doesn't give me any confidence that they knew what they were doing but were charging high prices for products. After them being little to no help, I contacted 111, went to Urgent Care shortly after and now have the medication I need to get better. Now that's a service, that was done well!

Terrible chemist. Meant to be open today on Christmas for emergencies and its closed. 111 had prescribed my mum antibiotics as shes really ill and needs them badly so sent them there as they were meant to open at 10am however theyre closed. Place should be closed down if theyre not opening/closing times they claim they are and are being paid to be!

Queen Mary's told me this pharmacy is open late on a Sunday and when you check the NHS site to search for a late night pharmacy they say petts wood open until 11pm but they ain't so I needed antibiotics for my four year old daughter and couldn't get them because the times lie!

The hours that this pharmacy operates are great and the general shop is very well stocked (although I have experienced issues with prescriptions) However my main frustration is they advertise online that they offer vaccinations every day and even allow you to book and pay for these upfront . I arrived for my appointment today and was told the pharmacist was only around on Sundays ! That was annoying in itself but what made it worse was they seemed completely oblivious to the fact that I had booked and paid for an appointment (and that this was possible), and as it is managed by a third party (Patient Access) I now have to go through a lengthy process to get a refund . Not ideal at all.

Great service!.. my husband and I booked our covid boosters on line but apparently they have a walk in service too. Whilst there we were offered our flu jabs as well so got it all done in one visit. It was quick and painless we were very impressed and will definitely use their services in the future.

Another pharmacy booked me an appointment, then asked me to come later, then the pharmacist didn't show up so I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a last minute walk in appointment at Petts Wood Pharmacy. I was seen in 5 minutes and given my flu jab. It was so convenient, I should have just gone there first!
