“Been seeing countless Optometrist over 4 decades in my lives, I find Ayesha Chowdhury is the best and the most professional optometrist I've seen so far.Ayesha was extremely polite & friendly, who kept saying thank you after I answered to her every single question throughout the test. She also examined my eyes thoroughly with extra patient & offered to carry out an additional OCT scan on my eyes for free, after finding something unusual in my eyes under the standard scan result. I really appreciated indeed for the concern and caring that she gave me.She also initiate to ask if I knew the causes of needing reading glasses & explained to me in a very professional way. I never seen any optometrists like her would initiate to tell her patient more and offering extra helps unless I ask.An optometrist like her is definitely an asset to Boots optician and I am glad that I managed to get an appointment for my daughter to see her again on next Monday.”

This brand is far better than the other highstreet chemist. It's full of everything you need and makeup is always fully stocked. The shelves are clean and full and well dressed. “Large Sainsbury's supermarket with some good offers when we were there. Loses a star because through no fault of the customer or checkout assistant we were kept waiting for some time whilst another member of staff tried to get a code for an item. Even the customer said don't bother I don't have time but the staff member persisted. 10 out of 10 for persistence but a lot less for keeping the queue waiting.”

She put my mind at rest for a concern I had and I wasn't pushed for purchasing new glasses and given the 'hard sell' that some other opticians do. I highly recommend this Opticians and will be getting my eyes tested for the foreseeable future.”

“Good local shop, it's a large boots with plenty of choice and pharmacy. Located on high street exactly on front you have a bus stop with many busses. In boots you can find pretty much all. Closing time is 5pm which is a bit inconvenient for working people.?”

“Great chemist, I've recently come back from being abroad and had a problem with my ear, this chemist runs an ear suction service, they're very reasonably priced, the pharmacist also proscribed me two types of antibiotics, they were that good they contacted my gp and got all my prescription needs transferred to them for the foreseeable future, I can't recommend this chemist enough ☆☆☆☆☆”

“I had a really tough time changing my pharmacy when I moved to orpington, and boots staff in on orpington High Street being incredibly unhelpful and at times defensive.Today I needed an emergency prescription due to the boots pharmacy not giving me instructions on how to order a repeat prescription.Alvin and the team at tescos stepped in and were unbelievably helpful, kind, and caring. When you're feeling anxious about anti-anxiety medication, it's so important to have that care and support. Thank you to Alvin so much for taking care and showing so much compassion.I have switched my pharmacy to this team at tesco - they are a wonderful bunch.”
