I popped in today to try and source some awkward replacement shower seals. The guys in the shop were so friendly and helpful, ordering in what I needed and managed to find what they had in stock. They were also super kind to my little toddler. What a lovely local place!

Amazing service and communication. I ordered a shower panel from Plumleys and they gave me a call on the same day to check whether I was happy to collect it the next day, as stock would arrive the next day. After confirming, they called me the next day as promised, to let me know that it had arrived.It arrived quickly with no issues and Plumleys kept me informed throughout the whole process, unlike other companies, particularly the larger ones. The shower panel was also cheaper at Plumleys than other stores, despite it being the same model and make.I often only give reviews when I am highly disappointed, but in this case, the service was exceptional and I couldn't not give 5 stars! Thank you Plumleys, please keep up the amazing work!

Plumleys have been extremely helpful throughout the process of buying a range of bathroom items. From helpful advice (without pushy sales) on our initial visit as a family to their shop, through to excellent customer service when there were issues with some items (through no fault of theirs) over the period of having the bathroom fitted. I would definitely use them again in future if / when the need arises and would strongly recommend them as a wise choice for anyone considering a new bathroom.

Such a friendly helpful shop. I went in with a bit of pipe that had detached from my bath and no idea how to fix it. They explained which part needed replacing and showed me how it worked so I could do it myself at home. Pipe replaced and no more leaks!!! Thank you so much

After moving into my new flat and ordering a dishwasher I discovered that I needed a splitter for two disposal pipes so the dishwasher could sit next to the washing machine.Knowing absolutely. I thing about plumbing or installing such things, I rang up Plumleys to try and get some help. After talking to John on the phone I emailed him some photos of what I was trying to achieve and he responded very quickly with the part that I needed.I headed down to the store and was received with a warm welcome and a shop full of staff who were happy to help. They got me the part I needed and took me through all the steps and details I would need to know to do the job.I found the staff to be very welcoming jolly friendly and overall patient. The gentleman who took me through the installation process was very knowledgable and detailed in his approach to his explanation.5* for a brilliant experience, customer service and without their help or knowledge I wouldn?t of been able to do the job, so thank you very much.

Great lads , friendly, helpful and recommended us the right solution and explained it very well , what we needed for our toilet cistern. On the bathroom section , the gent was also very friendly and informative about water basins , looking to come back soon.
