“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“So I was a doughnut today and dropped my purse in Cotmandene. I realised in about 2 minutes and walked back to where it could have been and it was gone ??? I went into the shop I had been in and nope, not there. I cancelled all my bank cards and once home thought I would call Co-op just to see if anyone had handed it in. To my delight, a young man called Alex who works in Co-op had picked it up and handed it into his manager. Alex is my hero. What an absolute star ?⭐️?⭐️”

“We popped into the Londis as we were looking for some gravy granules it's not a thing we do often , we prefer to buy everything in one place ,never mind that's why these stores are around open when you need them GREAT”

“Good little express outlet with all the basics, very handy to pop in and get milk, bread and other items you have run out ofwhen passing the door or filling up with petrol. Petrol prices here are also normally reasonable which is an added bonus. Staff are good tempered and helpful too.”

“Very easily accessible underground car park with lift to main shop. Central location with free car parking if visiting Morrisons. Large selection of food at competitive prices. I’m a huge fan of their Sparkling Perry drink, which is always well stocked here!”

“Large Sainsbury's supermarket with some good offers when we were there. Loses a star because through no fault of the customer or checkout assistant we were kept waiting for some time whilst another member of staff tried to get a code for an item. Even the customer said don't bother I don't have time but the staff member persisted. 10 out of 10 for persistence but a lot less for keeping the queue waiting.”

“Very nice and clean shop staff are helpful and kind but I was just wondering could you have more people on the till because sometimes you are waiting for ages in the line because the only 1 person on the till in the evening but the card only ones are fine but I see I lot of people having trouble with them when they go wrong so I was just asking would it be ok to have more people on the till because I was in the line abd I lot of other customer were not happy they wanted to live there stuff and walk out but they thought no we are going to wait”

“I had a really tough time changing my pharmacy when I moved to orpington, and boots staff in on orpington High Street being incredibly unhelpful and at times defensive.Today I needed an emergency prescription due to the boots pharmacy not giving me instructions on how to order a repeat prescription.Alvin and the team at tescos stepped in and were unbelievably helpful, kind, and caring. When you're feeling anxious about anti-anxiety medication, it's so important to have that care and support.
