First time visiting this branch, well stocked and the staff are friendly and courteous. There is a post office situated inside, reasonably sized with the option of self service or lining up. One staff member that stood out was a gentleman called Rob he went far and beyond to assist me in my query. I was really appreciative of the effort he made and would revisit the store again just for the sheer top notch customer service. Well done

The birthday cards in WH Smith are overpriced compared to other retailers such as Card factory and Cards direct. In general, most items sold in W H Smith can be purchased cheaper elsewhere. I'm very surprised that they still stock so many different types of magazine, as purely from a business perspective, relatively few people purchase printed magazines nowadays, compared to 10 or 20 years ago. Most people would read the digital version of that magazine on their smartphone, as opposed to buying a printed copy from a retailer. It's a business model that just cannot survive in the long run!

It's a very well stocked stores for all sorts of writing supplies, books, cards and sweets. Plus games and DVDs. Also a post office on site. It is handy location, being right beside walnuts shopping arcade. Plenty of bus routes.no parking facilities outside.helpful staff, a bit expensive compared to Tesco and such. But they di have good selections. Worth checking out.

After finding out at the Post Office desk, the parcel I wish to return has to be concealed/wrapped. I headed for WHSmiths next door, I bought some brown paper and tape.A very friendly WHSmiths employee called Conner came to assist me. We wrapped my parcel (curtain rail) on the floor.Conner is a legend, without his assistance and scissors, I would have been well stuck. It's a nice surprise when you find employee's with such a nice, kind and professional manner ?

Shocking post office staff, worst I?ve ever experienced. Pushes everyone to use the machines even when they have multiple complicated international orders. Shocking

The post office staff have MAJOR attitude problems, theytreat al lcustomers like they are wasting their precious time.Absolutely cancerous experience, cues go through the shop and they dont care as they are busy doing something else which seems to be doing anything other than serving customers.Ive witnesed them speaking to customers like absolute dirt on many occasions.IMO all the staff here need replacing or atleast training.Val is particuarly arrogant and borderline psychotic

Badly understaffed and under pressure. Only one cashier open. Friendly staff but they need more staff for such a busy and large outlet. Very frustrating to wait nearly an hour.Just to drop off a package.

With a photo booth and large post office, it's a great place to shop. Cards, books, toys, chocolate etc.

Not enough positions open during a busy lunch hour. Took nearly 30 mins to get served after two positions just closed during busy lunch period. Staggering lunch hours would have helped.

Good selection of products however if you need assistance the staff are very poor at providing it, sometimes not even knowing g what the most basic product is

As always WH Smith is expensive for what it is. But there is a good Post Office there with self-service and other bits.

I went to one at an airport, and it had so much! Food, drinks, sweets, meal deals, books for the plane ride, dvds, gift cards, souvenirs and so much more. My local Smith's is also really good too, they even arranged a pre-paid credit card for my trip abroad (essentially a gift card you can use any where), also all the staff members are really nice and helpful. You can buy all sorts of books there too; from fiction and nonfiction, to educational and travel books including phrase and guide books. In addition, they also sell stationary, such as pens, pencils, pencilcases, staplers, etc at moderate prices- great for back to school supplies! Overall just a really good chain of shops

WHSmith gets a lot of stick but it's fine. Great that the post office opens on Sunday and the staff were helpful.

I don't dislike it but they didn't have what I wanted on this occasion.
