I purchased lifestyle gift cards from WH SMITH In Orpington nugent centre for different amounts. When they handed me receipts, they said at the time that the numbers on the receipts would match the cards, but they didn?t.I had to go back to store because they didn?t match and then they said that there was no way to tell me which card was for which amount.As well as this, upon handling the cards they mixed up the receipts, they then told me they could not refund me.Their customer service was atrocious and they were extremely condescending and unsympathetic. The whole experience was stressful and I won?t be visiting that store again.

They have a little bit of everything but not always what you're after. Came in for a product that had sold out very fast however, i received great customer service from the bloke working here and he took the time not to rush his response and instead gave me all the info I needed on how this item comes in and goes very quick but informs me they do stock when possible. Good customer service has been rare since the pandemic so deserves a mention.
