“When ever I've needed to go in here there's no one in there best time to go is in the mornings. Staff always say hi and are polite to everyone. In and out in 2 minutes sometimes you may not be as lucky. May be busy”

“I wanted to jump on here and write a review of the consistent great service I receive every time I visit the Palmers Green branch.In particular I wanted to publicly thank staff members Rohon and Matthew who showed me great kindness and compassion during my last visit. They went beyond what is required of them for me as a customer. It may have been a small thing for them, but it meant a great deal to me.As a manager myself, these are the types of employees I would jump to hire. I feel that they should be recognised for their kindness and compassion. All too often you find people who just want to do their jobs and get out. Not these two.So a massive thank you to Rohon and Matthew at the Palmers Green branch. I truly appreciated your act of kindness.”
