Their delivery service is a bit of a joke, they have missed two deliveries for a delivery 200m up the road?\\n\\nI can't imagine anyone else getting their deliveries!\\n\\nClarification: We rescheduled to Thursday because you had trouble with your van and were unable to fulfill the delivery in the 8-10am window as promised.\\n\\nWe do not appreciate the misinformation in your response.

Terrible service. Was looking for something at their Alexandra park branch. They didn't have it, sent me to Palmers green branch. Talked to me like an idiot for not knowing that they didn't have it in stock. found another builders merchant.

I don't normally leave reviews but this depot is not the run of the mill builders merchant, the yard men were so helpful and the office staff couldn't be nicer, The rest of the travis perkins depots should take a leaf out of their book, such a refreshing change i actually can't wait to go back when i start a new project.
