Following a leak which ruined our kitchen and utility room floors, we hoped we could use a local company for replacement flooring, and were glad to find the perfect LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) product in the Eastcote branch of Carpet Mart/Premier Floors. Adrian, Dal and Vinny could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable in helping us to select the best product for our needs and budget, offered competitive costing, and did as much as possible to make the process worry free and smooth for us. It was very helpful to be able to see the shop samples in our home during our measurement appointment. The flooring was expertly prepared and fitted by Mark and his son, who also removed all the old flooring as part of our agreement and left everywhere clean and tidy. Thank you for a job well done, and we are happy to recommend your team without hesitation. December 2023.

Dal and the fitting team were courteous, able and flexible in all aspects of our carpet purchase and installation journey. The process was a staggered one due to last minute renovation changes we made, but they were able to perform an excellent job for us regardless. Definitely recommended for any future carpet installs.

The manager was professional and knowledgeable.Helped us pick out the right carpet with the correct sizes and everything.Even reminded us about the underlay (had ours for 15+ years) so thankfully we got that included too.And with the holidays fast approaching, he guaranteed he could get the job done before the new year, which was spectacular, as we struggled to find these dates elsewhere.

Outstanding customer service from Dal. Super friendly and professional. He is very knowledgable and advised us on the best LVT flooring and Carpet for our new home. Competitive rates and wide selection. Highly recommend. The carpet fitter (Mark) also friendly, did an excellent fitting. Very clean and tidy after installation. Happy customer.

I have used Premier floors several times, the service is very personal and professional Flooring is excellent, lots of choice, Dell is extremely helpful , their fitters are also extremely knowledgable. Tidy up after flooring is installed.

Due to family circumstances, we had to chose our carpet in quite a rush but in the end, again due to family circumstances, we had to put the order on hold for 5 months. Dal and the staff were very accommodating while this happened and stored the carpet for us until we were ready to have it fitted. They fitted in with the arrangements we had with the electrician and the fitting all went well.

I have never bought carpet before so i was a bit worried but the two gentlemen who work there Darren & Dal where brilliant and helped me find the exact carpet i saw elsewhere. Also the fitting was relatively fast only taking a few hours. Would definitely return here when i want to do my hallway and stairs
