I have been using this store for years but due to poor customer service returning an Evri item this is the last time I will use this store. I am glad I took my item to a store with better customer service. If you have to return an item, I would suggest you use other options nearby - there are too many places to return items to put up with low quality customer service.(it is 100% the correct shop)

Needs a lot of renovation. Since they are developing around Plaistow Station I think all the shops especially COSTCUTTER needs to move with the times. Really rundown looking from outside to inside. The to counters look like a prison visiting room.I would like to mention this is not a reflection of the managers or staff inside the store itself or there service its a review of the state of the shop aesthetically.

This shop has downgraded alot throughout the years. This shop was probably the best shop in Plaistow in my opinon, but im not sure if they got a new owner, but the workers are always rude if give them the wrong cash and it smells a little bit in there now.

I use this stored for my Evri deliveries. I had a large, awkward package and was concerned Evri would reject it. The lady behind the counter (sorry didn't catch her name) was so helpful and friendly. Making sure it was picked up and going the extra mile with her customer service. Thank you so much, I really appreciated the help.

Such a friendly and well-stocked store; I really like it. Family-run, and it's mostly Rita and her husband who you'll find on the tills.I've been a fairly regular customer in here for quite a few years now, and it's so nice to have familiarity with shopkeepers in your local area - Rita especially is just so friendly and approachable.Like I said it's always well-stocked in there, and very good value for money too. Definitely recommended.

The milk in this store was out of date. When i told the shopkeeper who i know to be the manager, she just pulled a face at me. Instead of thanking me for drawing her attention to this, she took it as a criticism. She needs to improve her customer service skills, her customers are providing her with a living. I have read other reviews about this store and the same thing keeps coming up, out of date products. Will not be using this store again, will go where i am given a little respect.
