The receptionist treats some customers like they are fools, she has no respect for them. Seeing that no one told her anything, I can safely say that it is a habit or common in this branch.

Worst HSBC branch ever. I came there today to deposit some money to my account for an emergency. The put a notice outside saying they close at 3:30pm and they closed 4 minutes before that. I came there at 3:26 and still they didn?t allow me inside saying they closed already which caused so much inconvenience to not only myself but also other 3 members who waited outside for their service. Absolutely disappointed.

Worst branch ever visited. Understaffed and lacking of working resources. No option for business banking and not advertised as such. They should just shut it down and put their staff where they can be of good use

There is no longer any counter service at this branch which means that it's only a question of time until it's permanently closed. All part of the drive to have a cashless society so the powers that be can monitor all your online financial transactions whilst all the while saving money on staff and rent. We're not customers, we're product.

I have been a client of this particular bank for almost 2 years and I am really disappointed by this particular branch. The staff is non existent and do not reply to questions.

They've been so unhelpful, there services have deteriorated from what they use to be. They canceled my credit card of 14 years, no offence committed and without no prior notice.Upon calling them they gave a flimsy excuse, which I'm not buying. I was told to re-apply again and start all over.Same thing goes for a friend who they reduced his limit drastically, no reason was given.
