Had a meeting with a consultant, Prakash Kc, to check on whether my savings were being best protected at Lloyds. I must say he was most helpful and had many useful insights. Really nice guy, a mine of information and helped sort out my finances to my satisfaction.

Great customer services, everyone was so nice. I have to deposit a big amount of cash into my account to pay for tuition fees. I read it on the official website that limit for depositting cash is £5000 but I was able to do almost double today. Not only that, they also ask whether I want to transfer the fee or not, I did and it went well. They also asked me many questions and kept making sure that I'm certain with this payment not being a scam. Special thank to Stacey, the lady who helped me today.

Attitude and customer service are just terrible at this branch. Can't say that all the workers here are like that, but 3 of them definitely are totally useless. Very bad experience and a waste of time without any positive results. Can't recommend this branch to anybody.

I don't often go to a bank now as most things are accessible online, however, on this occasion I did have to make a deposit in person for a business account. My initial thought was to use the business account only quick deposit machine, but they never have any envelopes there any more so how is one supposed to deposit into the machine? I then waited in the queue. There were three cashier's working at the time, there were about 6 or 7 people ahead of me and there was also a queue at the back of the bank for people waiting to be called in for appointments. I stood patiently waiting and watched as I saw people not being treated as people, on both sides. I could see the frustration of both the customers and the staff. Customers unable to get the answers they want and staff unable to provide them. It's really sad. I felt for everyone in the bank. The poor customers waiting in queues, the staff of the bank having to deal with queries about the banking app and issues in resetting a password, trying to understand those who couldn't express their problems. I don't claim to have any solution to the problems I see, but surely there are those who are clever enough to fix these problems. If I'm honest, not one person in that bank looked happy and that makes me sad. Hopefully things are better next time I go in.

I am very unhappy because today I came with my daughter to open an account for a teenager. I was asked if I had applied online which was uninformative as it was not possible to do so on the website. The lady said that we needed to make an appointment which was understandable so I asked her to find one. After a few minutes the woman said she would call me in 15 minutes and we would make an appointment. I gave her the phone number. Nobody called me back. I just wasted my time

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with your Woolwich branch. Unfortunately, I am not able to share a positive experience.A few weeks ago, I discovered that my savings account was blocked. I immediately called the number on your website, and I was advised to visit a branch with my ID to get it unblocked. I followed the instructions and visited the Woolwich branch, but my account remain blocked even after my visit.I called the number provided again, and I was advised to go back to the Woolwich branch. I spoke to a lady at the branch who said that she could not unblock my account and that she would make a request to another department to do it. I explained that this had already been done 14 days ago and that my account still is blocked. However, she mentioned to me that the guy responsible for unblocking accounts was busy and had asked her to hold off till later.I made one last call to the online number and was told that my account could be unblocked at the branch. It's been over 20 days now, and my account is still blocked. I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from the Woolwich branch.
