Wasted soo much time queuing as my cheque was folded in my wallet the machine could not read it so had to queue for assistance at the kiosk for over an hour and 20 minutes. What didn't help was the facetious comment from the not so helpful elderly CS agent standing around making inappropriate comments. My cheque doesn't need to be printed love... Its from a cheque book i.e. a legitimate item and not fraudulent which was the implication she was snidely making! I would say she could do with some customer training and observation of behaviours but - "you can't teach an old dog new tricks..." Avoid this branch if you want efficient good service.

TERRIBLE WITH TIMING. it should not take 1 hour n half to get a simple bank statement printed it doesn?t make any logical sense. This branch needs to be more staffed or simply just shut down

No wonder branches are closing, with useless staff such as these.They're polite enough to be sure, but fundamentally lazy, to say nothing of being disinterested. Ask for help with a transfer, and they hand-wringingly tell you that there are already x many people in the queue; that it could take a half hour to do the paperwork, and oh yes we close at 1pm today. Each visit, some mealy-mouthed functionary (who should be warming a chair in the dole office while honest people get a chance to work) lets you know why they don't want to stay a second later than closing time.You think that to forestall premature closure, perhaps even become a role-model for future branches, this one would try to go above and beyond in its service. Instead, they're not only making a strong case to go online, but with such a genuine disinterest in customer care that they make the most churlish teenager working at Hotel Chocolat look the very acme of concierge service.There's no point to this branch, not at all.

Awful stuff service at reception! When I asked to give me advise on my issue or close my application to get account he told me that they don't close it, though they told me before to come back to the branch if I will not get a call from them withing 3 days.

Waiting in a queue. One person serving. Queue building. Two staff standing around doing nothing. They?re trying to kill off face to face banking and put everything online. Some things can?t be done online. Useless bank.

I went to transfer money to another account, the lady who dealt with my transaction was lovely but super slow. If you have time in your hands please go to this branch but I won?t recommend you go there if you are tight with time!

They app couldn't recognised my ID for new account, I went to their branch in woolwich staff members couldn't help as well.I went to the next door LLOYDS bank and they helped me immediately to open my bank account, checked my I'd.Natwest refused to checked my I'd they said use the app but is rubbish. Don't go to natwest.

The staff named Rachel and Zafar was very helpful regarding my problem. They sorted out my problem very quickly. All staff at the branch are welcoming and professional staff. They care about customers.

Polite and highly professional staff greeted me at the entrance.My meeting was only a couple of minutes late to start and I was allowed to ask questions, seek advice, and make a financial plan for an entire hour.The gentleman with whom I met was very knowledgeable and great at explaining things.
