The service here is so good! The usual guy wasn?t there so it was another person so I didn?t catch his name but he fixed my watch strap for free and gave me really good advice on how to get my watch working again. Thanks for your help! Hopefully I can get my vintage watch working again

My key broke. called these guys and they said they can get it done for me. they did, but not very good because the key was split in half. went back the next day and they did it again free of charge and it worked like a charm.

Great service, quick and easy and the gentleman here is friendly. Would love if it was open a bit longer however, especially since they can close 30 minutes earlier some days.

I went over the weekend as my shoe bottom had disappeared and needed a quick fix as I was out for an event. Dave was very helpful and had great customer service skills, really going above and beyond. He sorted me out a quick fix on my shoe and I will be back to repair them properly at some point. Timpsons he is a great asset, keep him happy!

Dave was extremely helpful in repairing/replacing our car key that was falling to bits. Very informative and dealt with what was clearly quite a fiddly key to transfer over the inards of.

I've come here twice. Once to make a duplicate key and once to get a few extra holes punched into my belt. Both times the guys behind the counter have been so incredibly friendly and pleasant and helpful (which...let's be honest. Is not always the case in Woolwich) I will always be giving them my business. Efficient and great costumer service.
